因通信技術創新及開放,加上近年來天災人禍不斷,傳統企業營運方式面臨考驗,電傳勞動作業方式逐漸受到關注。然而因電傳勞動工作方式更有彈性,在工作與家庭的角色切換與時間分配上也較模糊,造成壓力增加,產生職家衝突,藉由心理層面自我效能對於自己有能力處理壓力事件的信念,是否能對職家衝突造成影響,是值得觀察研究的重點。
本文假設電傳勞動工作者工作壓力會導致職家衝突,自我效能則能影響工作壓力所造成的職家衝突,並且減緩雙方產生的負面效應,故以電傳勞動工作者為研究對象,採用問卷調查方式進行資料蒐集,針對回收301份有效樣本以SPSS軟體進行統計分析,檢驗結果研究假設皆成立。又從交叉作用圖發現,但當工作壓力高達一定程度時,自我效能的調節效果會逐漸衰減。最後再依分析結果對於企業主及勞動者提出建議,對於未來有意研究相關議題者亦提出相關的研究方向。
With the continuous innovation of application mode of modern technology and the opening of communication technology platform, the traditional enterprise organization and operation have been tested. In addition, in recent years, natural and man-made disasters continue to exist, telework operations have begun to attract people's atten-tion. However, because telework are more flexible, role switch-ing and time allocation between work and family are also more vague, which leads to increased work pressure and conflicts between fami-lies. It is worth to observe and to study whether the psychological self-efficacy can affect the work family conflict.
This paper assumes that the work pressure of teleworkers will lead to work family conflict, and self-efficacy can affect the work family conflict caused by work pressure, even more, can reduce the negative effects of both sides. Therefore, this paper takes telex workers as the research object, conducts data collection by ques-tion-naire survey. We collected 301 valid samples and using SPSS software for statistical analysis. The test results show that the hy-potheses in this article are all valid. From the cross-action diagram, we also found when the work pressure reaches a certain degree, the self-efficacy adjustment effect will gradually decay. At last, accord-ing to the results of the analysis, we make some suggestions to busi-ness owners and workers. For those who are interested in researching related topics, some research directions are proposed.
