    题名: 離異父母親職教育課程成效—以臺北地方法院為例
    The Effectiveness of Parental Education Course for Divorced Parents— A Case of Taipei District Court

    摘要: 本研究目的在探討臺北地方法院針對離異父母所辦理之親職教育課程成效，主要在於了解離異父母親參與臺北地院辦理之親職教育課程後，在以下兩個部份的狀況：
    一、對課程四個重要主題（高衝突對孩子的影響、 孩子的最佳利益、 友善合作父母、 調解的目的與重要性）的理解程度與行動意願程度；
    二、課程中團體討論之成效。
    研究者依據上述研究目的，採單一組前後測設計進行問卷調查，以臺北地院涉及未成年子女之家事事件中之當事人為研究樣本，資料蒐集期間為109年12月至110年4月，共取得188位有效樣本。研究工具採用研究者編撰之「親職教育課程問卷」，並以描述性統計、相依樣本t考驗、重複量數變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析。

    本研究發現如下：
    一、臺北地院辦理之親職教育課程對增進離異父母在高衝突對孩子的影響、 孩子的最佳利益、 友善合作父母、以及調解的目的與重要性之主題上的理解與行動意願上有立即效果，但其進步狀況的差異，在四個主題間各有不同。
    二、就理解向度上的進步，在「友善合作父母」及「調解的目的與重要性」主題上增長最多；而在行動意願向度上的進步，則以「調解的目的與重要性」主題最高。
    三、 離異父母參與團體討論後，在被支持的程度、對其他成員的理解以及獲得新觀點的三個面向上，有明顯收穫。

    研究者依本研究發現提出相關建議，促進法院發展增進家事調解成效之離異父母親職教育課程。
    The purpose of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of parental education courses offered by Taipei District Court for the divorced parents.
    The main goal of the research can be divided into two sections.
    1. The understanding and willingness of the divorced parents to call for action after taking the course. There are four major themes: the impact of serious conflict on children, the best interests of children, be friendly and collaborative parents, as well as the purpose and importance of mediation.
    2. The effectiveness of group discussions in the course.
    Based on the research objectives above, the researchers used a one-group pre-test design to conduct the questionnaire survey. The samples are the minor children involving in the family proceedings. The duration of data collection was from December 2020 to April 2021, with 188 valid samples obtained in total. The research instrument is the Parental Education Course Questionnaire, designed by the researcher. The data analysis includes descriptive statistics, dependent sample t-test, and repeated measures analysis of variance.
    The research findings are as follows.
    1. The parental education courses run by Taipei District Court had an immediate effect on the children of divorced parents, illustrating in four dimensions mentioned above: the influence of serious conflict on children, the best interests of children, be friendly and collaborative parents, as well as the purpose and importance of mediation. However, their advancements among four themes are relatively diverse.
    2. As for the improvements of divorced parents in awareness, "friendly and collaborative parents" and "purpose and importance of mediation" have improved the most. Their progress in the willingness to take action based on the dimension “the purpose and emphasis of mediation” achieved impressively.
    3. The feeling of been support, understanding of other group members, and the gains of different viewpoints are the three significant improvements that divorced parents showed after participating in the parental groups.
    Based on the findings of this research, the researchers put forward relevant suggestions to promote the development of parental education courses for divorced parents that enhance the effectiveness of family mediation.
