With the development of the industry, the business models of enterprises in many countries pay more and more attention to the connection between the environment, society and the economy. If enterprises need to have more optimized industrial value development, they need to start with the innovation ecosystem. According to past research and social trends, the industrial value chain and the innovation ecosystem need to be compatible with each other in order to deconstruct the current industrial ecological environment from a systematic perspective.
The study uses the cultural ecosystem service innovation framework, combined with the innovation ecosystem, analyzes the industrial clusters in national parks and adjacent area through interviews and causal loop diagrams. These cases include Yangmingshuwu, which combines natural and humanistic innovations; Zhuzihu, which is famous for natural environment; Old Town, which reproduce the historic buildings of the U.S. Armed Forces. Through systems thinking perspectives, analyzes the interactive relationship between space and cultural practices. Three enhanced feedback causal loop diagrams describe core values such as shared value, regional revitalization, cross-industry alliance, value creation, space management and service innovation, and outline sustainable development.
The results of study shows that continuous output and development of innovative applications endow the space with cultural values, and the innovation ecosystem enhance the competitiveness of industrial clusters and promote the advancement of local industries; establish its own cultural particularity, put the cultural value of the space into cultural services and connect public issues to make the space have cultural and environmental meanings, and enable the ecological development of industrial clusters to achieve social innovation. The benefit of space and cultural services that cultural ecosystem service innovation framework emphasize extended to the industry, government, schools, and the public. It’s a win-win strategy and shared by both parties. Integrate cultural activities into a series of experiences, allowing participants to understand the space particularity and cultural uniqueness through a complete cultural service experience, and display the managing results in a series as a guide for education and records; find innovative thinking in the cooperation with other institutions and practice new business models, encourage citizens to participate more, prosperous cultural activities will promote the improvement of cultural ecosystem services and promote the continuous of ecosystems.
