近年來,誤喝假酒導致中毒的事件在各國層出不窮,除了造成品牌的商譽損失外,更會危害到飲用者的身體健康,因此各國都持續的加強酒品的防偽措施。金門酒品自2002年為讓消費者易於辨識金門高粱酒的真偽,亦推出金門高粱酒的防偽措施,由此可知,酒品防偽機制的重要性。而一般的酒品防偽方式已難以遏止現今真瓶假酒的仿冒方式。因此,本研究將RFID技術、QRCODE條碼及手機NFC功能應用於新酒的防偽機制中;利用防破壞RFID標籤貼於瓶頸,在開瓶即破壞RFID標籤使其失效,只需使用手機NFC功能讀取RFID及QRCODE標籤,透過Web架構判定酒品的真偽,以達到有效防堵真瓶假酒的仿冒、提供消費者方便又快速的真偽辨識方式以及降低廠商成本,提高廠商加入及推動系統的有利性之目的。本研究對製造商及消費者而言,是最有效率且省成本與人力的雙贏模式,在實務中亦可有效的推行。
I incidence of poisoning caused by accidental drinking fake alcohol emerged one after another in various countries in the past few years. Not only does it cause the loss of brand reputation, but also endangers the health of drinkers. Therefore, many countries continue to strengthen alcohol anti-counterfeiting measures of liquor products. Since 2002, Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor introduced anti-counterfeiting measures for Kaoliang Liquor to allow consumers to easily identify the authenticity of Kaoliang Liquor. This shows the importance of the anti-counterfeiting mechanism for liquor. Traditional anti-counterfeiting methods of liquor are insufficient for withstanding the forgery of real liquor bottles containing fake liquor. Therefore, this research applies RFID technology, QRCODE and NFC function of mobile phones to the anti-counterfeiting mechanism of new liquors. We affix the tamper-resistant RFID tag to the bottleneck. Opening the bottle will destroy the RFID tag and make it invalid. This study just uses the NFC function to read the RFID and QRCODE label, and determine the authenticity of the liquor through the Web server. This approach provides consumers with a convenient and fast way of authenticity identification reduces the cost of manufacturers, and improve the profitability of manufacturers to join and promote the system. As a result, this research can not only provide the most efficient and cost-saving win-win model for both manufacturers and consumers but can also be effectively implemented in practice.
