近年來國內拳擊訓練的多元性與運動科技刺激下,拳擊運動訓練逐漸蓬勃發展,目前國內推廣拳擊運動已有許多新的訓練方式及課程。在訓練裝置方面包括有多角度拳擊訓練靶(Box master)、反應拳擊訓練(Fit light)以及拳擊節奏訓練(Boxing Exercise Action Technology, BEAT)。BEAT拳擊節奏訓練是指身體全方位的拳擊訓練,其中包含了第一級、第二級、第三級的訓練階段,它附有一個拳擊專項技術的訓練墊。可增強選手敏捷性、協調性及攻擊、防守的反應能力,也讓步法更多的變化使攻擊與防守方向具全面性,對運動員來說是提升拳擊技術水準值得參考的一種訓練模式。本文針對以BEAT拳擊節奏訓練裝置所進行的相關訓練進行介紹,並透過相關文獻的分析探討BEAT拳擊節奏訓練概念和其所帶來的專項技術訓練效益。

It can enhance the players' agility, coordination, and attack and defense response capabilities, and allow more changes in footwork to make the attack and defense directions comprehensive. It is a training mode worthy of reference for athletes to improve their boxing skills. This article is going to introduce the BEAT boxing tempo-pace training system and explore its concept and benefit for the specialized boxing technique training through some related literatures reviews.
