    題名: 工作壓力、復原力、任務科技配適度與工作倦怠關聯性之研究

    摘要: 本研究欲探討工作壓力、復原力、任務科技配適度與工作倦怠關聯性。研究對象以銀行業與保險業之員工進行問卷調查,共回收278份有效問卷,回收之資料以SPSS統計軟體進行分析,透過敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、相關分析、廻歸分析等統計方式進行分析與解釋。研究結果指出 : (1)已婚者復原力、任務科技配適度的程度普遍比單身者高;銀行業在工作壓力、工作倦怠的程度普遍比保險產業高。(2)29歲以下、30至39歲的工作壓力及次構面工作負荷度的程度普遍高於50至59歲的工作者;29歲以下、30至39歲工作倦怠中情緒耗竭低熱忱的程度普遍高於50至59歲的工作者。(3)教育程度為大學專科、碩士以上工作壓力的程度普遍高於高中高職者;教育程度為碩士以上,其在工作負荷度高於大學專科,而大學專科高於高中高職者;教育程度為碩士以上,其在工作倦怠之次構面情緒耗竭低熱忱高於大學專科,而大學專科高於高中高職者。(4)工作年資在5年以下、年資6至10年的工作者工作壓力的程度及工作負荷度普遍高於年資16年以上之工作者;工作年資5年以下、年資6至10年工作者工作倦怠及情緒耗竭低熱忱皆高於年資16年以上之工作者。(5)工作壓力與工作倦怠呈現顯著正相關,復原力與工作倦怠呈現顯著負相關,而復原力對於工作壓力及工作倦怠具中介效果。(6)工作壓力與工作倦怠呈現顯著正相關,任務科技配適度與工作倦怠呈現顯著負相關,而任務科技配適度對於工作壓力及工作倦怠具中介效果。研究依據前述結論進行說明,並對未來研究提出建議。
    The thesis aims to discuss the relationship between job stress, resilience, task-technology fit, and job burnout. A total of 278 valid questionnaires were collected from employees of the banking and insurance industries. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS software using analyzing methods including descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis, regression analysis, and other statistical methods. The following shows the result of the analysis: (1) The degree of resilience and task-technology fit of married people is generally higher than that of single people. Also, the degree of job stress and job burnout in the banking industry is generally higher than that in the insurance industry; (2) The degree of job stress and emotional exhaustion workload of workers under 29 years old and 30 to 39 years old are generally higher than those of workers aged 50 to 59 years old. Levels of emotional exhaustion and low enthusiasm were generally higher among workers under 29 years old, and 30 to 39 years old than workers aged 50 to 59 years old; (3) The degree of work stress of college and master education is generally higher than that of high school and higher vocational college; The degree of education is master or above has a higher degree of workload than that of junior college, in the meanwhile, the junior college is higher than that of senior high school and vocational college; Those with master degree or above have higher emotional exhaustion and lower enthusiasm than those with a junior college degree and higher than those with senior high school and vocational college; (4)The degree of work stress and workload of workers with working experience of fewer than 5 years and 6 to 10 years are generally higher than those with working experience of more than 16 years. Workers with less than 5 years of working experience and 6 to 10 years of working experience had higher job burnout and low enthusiasm than those with more than 16 years of working experience; (5) There was a significant positive correlation between job stress and job burnout, There was also a significant negative correlation between resilience and job burnout. Furthermore, resilience had a mediating effect on job stress and job burnout; (6) There was a significant positive correlation between job stress and job burnout. There was also a significant negative correlation between task-technology fit and job burnout. Moreover, task-technology fit had an intermediary effect on job stress and job burnout. We have illustrated the research based on the above conclusions and further make suggestions for future work.
