想要爲女性體育人員創造一個不受歧視騷擾公平保護的就業與教育環境,並不是靠政府一時的保護立法就能改變的。自發於空間環境中養成正確的觀念,方能培養出人們確實執行性別平等之行爲模式。其實,性別不平等其實是人類社會權力角力所產生的。象徵權力的角力也是權力運作的過程及表徵。空間所發散出的象徵意象,會影響人之主體之意識,而該象徵意象會制約人的行爲思想。經由人與人聯繫起來的空間,是由規範體系而聯繫起之空間。體育院校空間之象徵權力源於其培育體育人材之設立目的,體育人員對體育校園空間確有明確歸屬與身份認同,其爲體育校園空間之主體。因而,體育院校性騷擾防制規範,是捍衛男女體育人員平權並促進體育人員對其體育校園空間之認同,證明體育院校願盡防制性騷擾之合理的義務,而明確宣示體育校園空間性騷擾之禁止。
In order to create a harassment-free level playing field for the employment and education of female athletes, we may not just rely on one-time protective legislation initiated by the government and hope things can be changed.
