    摘要: 本研究欲探討企業員工工作壓力對於運動涉入程度與身心健康之相互影響性。研究對象以企業內部實施運動福利之員工使用者進行問卷調查,共回收107份問卷,有效問卷104份,回收所得資料經編碼輸入後以SPSS 22.0版統計軟體,透過敘述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析與詮釋,研究結果指出:(1)企業實施運動福利之員工參與現況以運動類社團、提供運動地點、舉辦運動類活動以及開設專業體育課程皆為主要的辦理運動福利項目,而各類型運動福利其員工參與比率皆接近六成以上,顯示企業員工參與運動頻率頗高,而企業採用最少的運動福利「開放在工作時間進行運動」其員工參與比率為最高。(2)運動涉入及身心健康程度男性高於女性。(3)工作壓力中工作負荷及生活影響對於未婚者的影響比已婚者大。(4)工作壓力與身心健康有顯著負相關。(5)運動涉入與身心健康有顯著正相關。(6)運動涉入對於工作壓力及身心健康無調節效果。最後,依研究結果提供建議以供後續研究者、企業人力資源部門對於運動福利方案設計及人力資本提升之參考。
    The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between sport involvement, health, and work-related stress. The research goal is a questionnaire survey of employees who have implemented sports benefits in the company. Collected 107 of the questionnaire, which contained 104 valid copies. The collected data was interpreted and analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 statistical software and methods including descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, single factor ANOVA and Pearson product moment correlation analysis. Our analysis shows the following results about the employee that the enterprise has the sport benefits. (1) The current situation of employee participation in the implementation of sport benefits in enterprises. Sports clubs, provision of sports venues, holding sports activities and establishment of professional sports courses are the main sport benefits projects, and the proportion of employees participating in various types of sport benefits is close to 60% or more. It shows that the frequency of employees participating in sports is quite high, and the enterprise adopts the least sports benefits "open to sports during working hours" and its employee participation rate is the highest. (2) Men's sport involvement and health are higher than women's. (3) The impact of workload and life in work-related stress on unmarried people is greater than that of married people. (4) Work-related stress has a significant negative correlation with health (5) Sport involvement has a significant positive correlation with health. (6) Sport involvement has no regulating effect on Work-related stress and health. According to the research results, it provides reference suggestions for follow-up researchers, corporate human resource welfare plan design and human capital improvement.
