摘要: | 近年來由於行動通訊產品快速發展,智慧型行動裝置已成為人們生活與工作上不可或缺的需品。而夜市型態近期開始利用智慧型手機支付APP工具軟體發展出行動支付,為此吸引消費者轉向行動支付或網路進行交易,因此想瞭解消費者對行動支付、知覺有用性、知覺易用性與行為意圖,本研究以科技接受模式為基礎,結合行動支付對消費者知覺用性、知易用性、行為意圖等相關因素,消費者對「金融科技服務接受度」確實會受到「人格特質」與「知覺有用性」和「知覺易用性」之不同程度的影響。探討消費者使用智慧型手機行動支付行為意圖之研究,希望能提供給行動支付者,政府機關或相關業者作為參考。
本研究採用網路問卷調查法,為了凖確性,並做現場訪問,依據相關文獻,編製問卷量表,作為蒐集資料的工具,臺灣北部地區的夜市-以寧夏夜市為例,曾經使用過或正在使用行動支付的消費民眾為樣本,有效問卷269份,利用SPSS軟體進行統計分析、信度分析、相關分析、與迴歸分析。
In recent years, due to the rapid development of mobile communication products, smart mobile devices have become an indispensable necessity in people's lives and work. The night market type has recently started to develop mobile payments using smartphone payment APP tool software, which attracts consumers to switch to mobile payments or online transactions. In order to understand consumers' perception of mobile payments, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intentions, this study is based on the technology acceptance model and combines the factors related to mobile payments' perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and behavioral intentions, and consumers' perception of "financial technology service acceptance" is indeed affected by different degrees of "personality traits" and "perceived usefulness" and "perceived ease of use". To study the consumer's intention to use smart phone mobile payment behavior, hoping to provide it to mobile payers, government agencies or related companies as a reference.
In this study, a web-based questionnaire was used for accuracy and on-site interviews were conducted, and a questionnaire scale was compiled based on relevant literature as a data collection tool. Night markets in northern Taiwan - Take the Ningxia Night Market as an example, a sample of consumers who have used or are using mobile payments, 269 valid questionnaires, statistical analysis, confidence analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted using SPSS software. |
