台灣金融業為順應金融科技(FinTech)的創新模式出現與快速的轉變,必需有要有應因策略。即是不斷創新與發展的新興產業,將金融產業帶入數位金融領域,其發展領域包括行動支付,大數據應用、P2P借貸、機器人理財等新興模式,提供更低成本、更高效率及更優質之金融服務。過去從Bank 1.0實體銀行;Bank 2.0網路銀行;至目前Bank 3.0行動銀行,智慧型手機使用者增加,促使行動業務增加,行動支付及錢包盛行,讓金融服務更多元。組織在進行變革間,應同時重視員工幸福感,讓員工感受在工作中得到快樂與滿足感,增加員工對組織的認同度並為組織創造價值,本研究是以銀行員工為對象,採便利問卷方式邀約及發布,發出問卷共計320份,回收有效問卷共264份,回收率83%。透過統計分析、驗證後所得結論如下:
一、組織變知覺對留任意願具有顯著影響。
二、組織變知覺對工作幸福感具有顯著影響。
三、工作幸福感對留任意願具有顯著影響。
四、工作幸福感對組織變革知覺與留任意願具部份中介效果。
最後,依據研究結果,提出相關理論及實務之建議。
Development of science and technology has accelerated the disruptive in-novation of the financial industry. The development of Fintech will bring up a com-prehensive impact and change on the business model of the traditional financial in-dustry. The impact to the banking industry is the most immediate. However, in addition to the change of business model, the organization must adopt the strategy of change and transformation in time according to the change of the market, including the whole organization, the organizational culture remodeling, the organizational development plan, and so on. Change evolved into an irresistible trend.
This study focuses on three aspects, organization change, job well-being and retaining intention, under-standing the organizational changes that banks have made in response to Fintech. The following are the conclusions of this study:
1. Perception of organizational change has a significant positive impact on retaining intention.
2. Perception of organizational change has a significant positive impact on job well-being.
3. Job well-being has a significant positive impact on retaining intention.
4. Job well-being Partially mediating the relationship between perception of organizational change and retaining intention.
