在氣候變遷的背景底下，人們開始重新審思人的生活行為會對於環境有什麼樣的影響因此世界各國開始開發出綠建築評分系統。並且逐漸發展越來越完善並且從原本只針對建築物這項單元體進而擴張到整體環境的規劃，然而卻依然沒有綠建築評估系統是針對景觀這方面的。
由於日本與台灣的生活尺度相近並且是最早開發的綠建築評估系統，因此本研究將利用日本CASBEE-街區與台灣的EEWH-EC，這兩種綠建築評估系統來針對同一塊基地行評分並進行比較。
針對中國文化大學進行了評分，在CASBEE-街區方面所獲得的分數為B+然而在EEWH-EC卻是不合格的。在其中發現EEWH分數最低的項目為健康舒適，最主要的原因是人行空間並不友善。雖然EEWH-EC並無針對景觀項目進行評分但是它有在注重人們在戶外空間上的使用舒適度，身為一個景觀設計師在做設計時不只要注重視覺享受，同時也要注意到使用者的使用狀況。
而相較之下日本CASBEE-街區有將景觀方面的項目加入到評分項目裡，以及包含天際線的層面，台灣EEWH-EC應當多多參考日本CASBEE-街區的景觀項目以及評分基準使其更加完善。並且發現就算是非住宅類型社區應當也要考慮治安維護在其中，應當將其也納入到評分標準裡，並可使用比例原則來當作評分標準。這樣在未來的非住宅類型的評估系統會更加完善。
In the context of climate change, people began to reconsider the impact of human life behavior on the environment, so countries around the world began to develop green building assessment systems. And it has gradually developed more and more perfect and expanded from the original only for the building unit to the overall environment.
However, there is still no green building evaluation system for the landscape.Since Japan and Taiwan have similar living scales and are the earliest green building assessment systems developed, this study will use Japan’s CASBEE-Urban Development and Taiwan’s EEWH-EC, the two green building evaluation systems to score and compare the same site.
After scoring the Chinese Culture University, and the score obtained in CASBEE-Urban Development was B+, but it was not qualified in EEWH-EC. Among them, the item with the lowest EEWH score is found to be healthy and comfortable. The main reason is that the pedestrian space is not friendly.
Although EEWH-EC does not rate landscape projects, it pays attention to the comfort of people in outdoor spaces. As a landscape designer, can not only pays attention to visual enjoyment, but also pays attention to the use of user’s situation.
In contrast, CASBEE-Urban Development has added landscape items to the scoring items and includes the level of the skyline. EEWH-EC should refer to the CASBEE-Urban Development' landscape projects and scoring benchmarks to make it more complete. And it is found that even non-residential communities should consider public security maintenance, which should be included in the scoring standard, and the principle of proportionality can be used as the scoring standard. In this way, the non-residential evaluation system will be more perfect in the future.
