    Title: Nonequilibrium localized states at an interface between two mismatched potentials of exciton-polariton condensates

    Abstract: We study a localized polaritonic state with nonequilibrium and nonlinear characters at a surface created by two mismatched and semi-infinite potentials in excitonpolariton condensates. We find that the localized polaritonic state exists only when the pump size is finite and the excitation energy of the state is below the mismatched potential depths. We analyze the stability of the localized polaritonic states and their generation under different loss rates, pump sizes and powers.
