摘要: | 本研究旨在探究社區大學學員恆毅力、心理資本及學習投入之關係。面對我國終身學習的現象日益突出,因此探索社區大學學員恆毅力、心理資本及學習投入的關係是非常有必要的。本研究探討社區大學學員恆毅力、心理資本及學習投入之橫斷及縱貫性研究。研究者根據文獻探討結果,將以三年為期,各年度研究重點如下:第一年將針對社區大學學員的恆毅力與學習投入進行訪談。第二年基於第一年結果,收集社區大學學員的性別、年齡、教育年數、婚姻狀態、居住地、修課學分、恆毅力、心理資本及學習投入變項等資料。第三年基於第二年結果,估算修課學分、恆毅力、心理資本及學習投入兩兩之間的因果結構模式。最後,本計畫案擬根據三年來的資料收集結果,加以分析比較後,進行統計分析後,提出結案報告。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among community college students' grit, psychological capital, and learning engagement. The phenomenon of adult lifelong learning in Taiwan is more and more engagement therefore, it is necessary for us to explore the relationships among grit, psychological capital, and learning engagement of cross-sectional and longitudinal studies. Based on the results of the literature review, the researcher will conduct a survey on the grit, psychological capital, and learning engagement of community college students in three years. The key points of each year's research are as follows: In the first year, will interview the grit and learning engagement of community college students. The second year based on the first year, we will collect information on the gender, years, education years, marital status, location, earn credits, grit, psychological capital, and learning engagement variables, etc. The three year based on the second year, this research will estimate the latent change model and the causal model of years, grit, psychological capital, as well as learning engagement. Finally, according to the data collected from the community college students for the three years, this project plans to analyze and compare the results and the final report will be proposed. |
