    Abstract: 問題背景:類等長離心 (eccentric quasi-isometric, EQI) 是肌肉等長收縮變化的一種,經常是在需要長時間穩定的動作下產生,然而有關 EQI 的研究證據仍相當有限,目前對 EQI 產生的生理機制與效果尚不明確。研究目的:探討人體進行類等長離心 (EQI) 阻力運動對肌肉功能性、肌肉氧飽和濃度、神經肌肉招募特性及血液生物指標的影響。研究方法:將招募 30 名健康男性大學生 (無規律運動者),研究採重複量數、平衡次序設計,每位研究對象均使用 70% 1RM 負荷,隨機進行 EQI、傳統式 (TRE)、向心 (CON)、離心 (ECC) 及等長 (ISO) 肘關節屈曲運動,每種運動均反覆動作至力竭為 1 組,組間休息 90 秒,共完成 3 組。並分別在運動前、後立即、後 24、48 及 72 小時評估關節活動範圍 (ROM)、主觀痠痛 (SOR)、上臂肌肉圍度 (CIR)、肌肉肌腱複合體功能性 (肌肉張力、勁度、彈性、放鬆時間及潛變),以及血液肌肉損傷指標 (CK 及 Mb) 與合成生物指標 (T/C、GH 及 IGF-1)。運動全程監控肌肉氧飽和濃度 (HbO2、HHb、tHb、TSI、BL 及 BLV) 及肌肉肌電圖 (IEMG、MPFS 及 MPF) 訊號。所得資料將使用重複量數二因子變異數分析,考驗不同運動課程中肌肉氧飽和濃度與肌電圖參數的差異;以及考驗不同實驗處理對各項評估指標 (ROM、SOR、CIR、及 MCT 功能性) 及血液生化指標 (CK、Mb、T/C、GH 及 IGF-1) 在運動前、後立即、24 小時、48 小時及 72 小時間的差異。預期結果:EQI 與 ISO 運動將誘發相似的血流限制效果;並且與 ECC 運動引起相似的肌肉損傷與合成生物指標反應。
    Background: The eccentric quasi-isometric (EQI) is a type of isometric contraction that is often produced under endurance and support movements. At present, the relevant research evidence of EQI is quite limited, behind the physiological effect produced by the EQI remains unclear. Purpose: To investigate the effects of muscle-tendon complex (MTC) functional, oxygenation, and blood biomarkers. Methods: Thirty healthy untrained male college students will be recruited and using repeated measures, randomly assigned design. All participants randomly perform EQI, traditional (TRE), concentric (CON), eccentric (ECC), and isometric (ISO) elbow flexion resistance exercises. To repeat the movement at 70% 1RM to exhaustion for 1 set, interval rest 90 seconds, complete 3 sets. The range of motion (ROM), perceived soreness (SOR), upper arm circumference (CIR), MTC functional (F, S, D, R & C), and blood markers of muscle damage (CK & Mb) and anabolism (T/C, GH, & IGH-1) will be measured pre-exercise (Pre), immediately after (Post0), 24 hr after (24h), 48 hr after (48h) and 72 hr after (72h) each exercise session. The muscle oxygen saturation (HbO2, HHb, tHb, TSI, BL & BLV) and muscle electromyogram (EMG) signal (IEMG, MPFS & MPF) during exercise will be recorded. The obtained data will be tested using the two-way repeated-measures ANOVA to analyze the differences in muscle oxygen saturation concentration and EMG parameters during exercises session; blood biochemical indicators (CK, Mb, T / C, GH & IGF-1) Pre, Post0, 24h, 48h, and 72h. Expect results: EQI and ISO exercise will induce similar blood flow restriction phenomenon, and induce muscle injury similar to ECC exercise.
