近年家庭暴力事件中，直系血親卑親屬虐待尊親屬之案件層出不窮；當加害人為合併精神疾病患者，提供介入服務時常有其困難性。臺灣各縣市政府於2018年起實施強化社會安全網計畫，其中一項策略為「整合加害人合併精神疾病與自殺防治服務」，是針對兒少保護、家庭暴力與性侵害事件之加害人合併精神疾病者，提供整合性服務的需求；因這類案件之問題較為多元且複雜，心衛社工的介入有利於深化社區精神病人關懷訪視服務。本研究主要在探討：1.瞭解心理衛生社工提供家庭暴力加害人(直系血親卑親屬虐待尊親屬者)之整合服務現況；2.探討心理衛生社工服務家庭暴力加害人(直系血親卑親屬虐待尊親屬者)之困境與挑戰。期望透過此研究能檢視心衛社工服務現況與困境，提供政府以及相關機構參考，以利提升服務加害人合併精神疾病者之心衛社工專業效能。
In recent years of domestic violence, there have been numerous cases of lineal ascendants abused by lineal descendants. It is often difficult to provide interventional services as the offender is a patient with a mental illness. Taiwan’s local governments have implemented a plan to strengthen social safety network since 2018. One of the strategies is to "integrate the offenders with mental illness and suicide prevention services." This integral services aim at providing object such as child and youth and offender of domestic violence and sexual abuse with mental problems. Because the problems of such cases are more diverse and complicated, the intervention of mental health social workers is helpful to proceed offenders’ care visit in community. This study mainly explores: 1. Understand the status of integrated services provided by mental health social workers to offenders of domestic violence (lineal ascendants abused by lineal descendants). 2. Investigate the difficulties and challenges of mental health social workers serving domestic violence offenders (lineal ascendants abused by lineal descendants) It is hoped that this study finds out the current status and dilemma of the service offered by mental health social workers, and provide suggestion for the governments and relevant organizations, so as to improve the professional efficiency of mental health social workers while serving offenders.
