摘要: | 背景:近年來彈力帶使用率逐漸廣泛,彈力帶的優點在於運動伸展效果良好、不受場地限制,可以居家自行訓練,在訓練上更可以給運動選手補強自己所不足之處;依照每個人不同的肌力強弱來選用合適的彈力帶,改善身體各部位肌力以及預防慢性疼痛和疾病,對各階段的年齡層來說是一項簡單、方便、又能夠達到運動之效果。目的:比較八週彈力帶訓練介入對於國小田徑隊選手身體組成、上
肢肌肉量、肌力及爆發力前、後之差異情形。方法:36 名五、六年級國小學童隨機分為實驗組(n = 18)與控制組(n = 18),實驗組介入八週的彈力帶訓練。所有研究對象在實驗前、後均須接受身體組成、握力、背肌力、坐姿藥球前、後拋、坐姿藥球胸前推及跪姿伏地挺身等測量。所有資料以混合設計二因子變異數分析進行統計,顯著水準定為 α = .05。研究結果:8 週彈力帶訓練對國小 5-6 年級學童之身體組成 (各肢段之肌肉量及脂肪量) 均無顯著影響。在對肌力與爆發力方面,實驗組與控制組之左、右手握力後測均顯著優於前測(p < .05),但組間並無顯著差異;而在坐姿藥球前拋方面,實驗組後測顯著優於前測(2.72 ± 0.53vs 2.38 ± 0.39 m)(p < .05),而在背肌力、坐姿藥球後拋、坐姿藥球胸前推及跪姿伏地挺身等,兩組前後測及組間均無顯著差異。結論:8 週彈力帶訓練可顯著增加學童上肢藥球前拋之能力,可做為提升學童上肢爆發力之輔助訓練器材。
Background: In recent years, the use rate of elastic bands has gradually been extensive. It is a simple, convenient, and able to achieve the effect of exercise to choose the appropriate elastic band to improve the muscle strength of various parts of the body and prevent chronic pain and disease. Purpose: Compare the difference in body composition, upper limb muscle mass, muscle strength, and explosive training between the 8-weeks of elastic band training intervention for the primary school track and field team. Methods: 36 fifth and sixth grade school children Randomly divided into experimental group (n = 18) and control group (n = 18), The experimental group was involved in 8-weeks of elastic band training. Before and after the experiment, all subjects must receive measurements of body composition, grip test, back muscle, seated medicine ball throw, overhead backwards, chest pass, and kneeling push up.
