    摘要: 本研究旨在探討國中生壓力知覺、刺激尋求動機與外化行為問題之關係,以嘉義縣某國中之國一、國二及國三學生為研究對象,以「壓力知覺量表」、「刺激尋求動機量表」及「外化行為問題量表」做為調查的研究工具,採全面普查方式,共發放問卷573份,回收555份,有效問卷共543份,有效回收率97.84%。研究資料以描述性統計、t檢定、二因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等統計方法分析各變項間之關係。
    研究結果歸納如下:
    一、壓力知覺屬中下程度,以學業壓力最大。
    二、刺激尋求動機屬中間程度,以戰慄與冒險尋求最高。
    三、外化行為問題屬中下程度,以對立反抗行為最高。
    四、不同性別、年級、家庭社經地位之國中生在壓力知覺的部分層面有顯著差異。
    五、不同性別、年級之國中生在刺激尋求動機的部分層面有顯著差異;不同家庭社經地位之國中生在刺激尋求動機的整體及各個分層面均無顯著差異。
    六、不同性別之國中生在外化行為問題的整體及各個分層面均有顯著差異,不同年級、家庭社經地位之國中生僅在外化行為問題的部分層面有顯著差異。
    七、不同背景變項之國中生在壓力知覺的部分層面及外化行為問題的整體層面有交互作用效果。
    八、壓力知覺、刺激尋求動機與外化行為問題有顯著正相關。
    九、國中生背景變項、壓力知覺、刺激尋求動機對外化行為問題具有預測力。
    根據以上研究結果,提出具體建議供學校、教師、家長及未來研究者參考。
    This study explores the association among perceived stress, sensation-seeking motive and externalizing behavior problems, taking the grade 7, 8 and 9 students as the research objects of a secondary school in Chiayi County. The research method adopts comprehensive census questionnaire survey with 543 valid subjects from 573 copies sent (97.84% valid return rate). The study data use statistic methods of descriptive statistics, t test, two-factor between ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression to analysis the relationships among variables.
    The study results are summarized as follows:
    1. Perceived stress is below medium level, and academic pressure is the most of all subscales of stress.
    2. Sensation-seeking motive is in medium level, thrill and adventure seeking is the most of all subscales of sensation-seeking motive.
    3. Externalizing behavior problem is below medium level, and oppositional defiant behavior is the most of all subscales of externalizing behavior problem.
    4. There are significant differences in some parts of perceived stress among secondary school students of different genders, grades, and family socio-economic status(SES).
    5. There are significant differences in some parts of sensation-seeking motive among secondary school students of different genders and grades. There are no significant differences in the overall and every part of sensation-seeking motive among secondary school students of different family SES.
    6. There are significant differences in the overall and every part of externalizing behavior problems among secondary school students of different genders. There are also significant differences in some parts of externalizing behavior problems among secondary school students of different grades and family SES.
    7. There are interaction effects in some parts of perceived stress and the overall of externalizing behavior problems among secondary school students of different background variables.
    8. There are significant positive correlations among perceived stress, ensation-seeking motive and externalizing behavior problems.
    9. Secondary school student’s background variable, perceived stress and sensation-seeking motive have predictive effect toward externalizing behavior problems.
    According to the above research results, this study provides concrete advices to school system, teachers, parents and future researchers for reference.
