複合弓在台灣的發展比較沒受到重視，但在近幾年國際賽成績表現亮眼，投入選手慢慢變多，成績也持續往上成長，並在2014仁川亞運會，複合弓射箭項目第一次正式納入比賽項目裡，國內這幾年複合弓運動才開始盛行，但因為複合弓目前並未正式列入奧運項目，因此國內從事複合弓運動的選手，並沒有比反曲弓項目的選手來的多，而亞洲運動會四年舉辦一次，是複合弓項目在亞洲地區最大的賽事，是所有複合弓選手都想角逐參與的賽事之一，從選拔賽中選入代表隊，披上國家隊戰袍，並在2018雅加達亞洲運動會賽事上，榮幸地獲得史上第一面複合弓混雙金牌的佳績，希望能藉由技術報告書的方式，能與同好分享，使複合弓愛好者有所收穫。
The development of compound archery has not received much attention in Taiwan, but compound archery in Taiwan has had very good result in the international competitions, also more and more athlete invest.In Taiwan the competition results continue to grow upward. In 2014 Inchoen Asian Games, the compound archery was officially included in the competition for the first time. Therefore compound archery became popular in Taiwan in recent years. But because of compound archery is not an official sport event in the Olympic Games, the numbers of compound archers is less then the recurve archers. The Asian Games is the bigest sport events in Asia, it held every four years. It is also the top level competition for compound archery in Asia. which is the competition that all compound archers wants to join in. From the win in the qualification trial to join in the natoinal team, and win the first compound archery mix-team gold medal in the 2018
Jakarta Asian Games. By this technical report I can share my experience to other compound archers.
