    Abstract: 角力是一項肢體對抗性,高強度的競技運動,需要擁有良好的心理素質、高超技術及良好的體能素質作為後盾,才能在比賽中有效發揮技術獲得勝利。本研究「肩車」技術報告書,是本人學習角力之技術經驗與運動科學理論相互配合,以實戰經驗為主,資料佐證為輔,作為撰寫的方式。藉由本技術報告書,期望將所學技術傳承,提供角力運動愛好者及選手與教練有參考的依據。
    Wrestling is a high intensity physical confrontation combat sport. In order to win a tournament effectively and successfully, it requires to have good mental qualities, awesome technical skills and decent physical conditions as a shield.
    This research report is focusing on “Shoulder Wheel Throw” technique; The technique is from my own personal practice experiences and based on every match and tournament experiences, along with my learning theory as an additional information to assist. By doing this report, I am hoping to provide all information as a reference, and to pass along to help other wresting players, coaches and ones who might be interested in wrestling.
