| 摘要: | 從粵港澳合作大灣區2017年首次被中國國務院寫入新一屆政府的工作任務報告，到粵、港、澳三地新一屆政府共同簽署《深化粵港澳合作推進大灣區建設框架協議》，再一直到《粵港澳大灣區規劃綱要》的正式發佈，大灣區的建設和發展總體規劃日益廣泛出現在各大的新聞媒體和和行業發展規劃之中。澳門作為其中一個樞紐性的關鍵城市，它未來在粵港澳大灣區規劃中發展方向至關重要。綱要中明確地強調了要把澳門旅遊作為推動區域經濟發展的重要核心和引擎之一，建設澳門成為世界上最大的旅遊度假休閒的中心、中國與歐洲葡語地區國家商貿和文化合作交流平臺、促進澳門區域經濟適度健康多元化的發展、打造與發展中華文化為世界主流，多元與區域文化和諧共存的區域經濟交流合作和文化基地。
澳門一直以來以旅遊業、娛樂業和酒店業為主，近年來，澳門積極發展旅遊休閒服務業、博彩旅遊，同時也擔任葡語國家交流平臺中心的角色。本文主要以澳門旅遊業為例，重點剖析澳門旅遊業如何與粵港澳大灣區相結合，探討在大灣區發展規劃和充沛的旅遊資源和優勢下，澳門旅遊業應高效保質的借助這些優勢資源下，研發和創新發展自身旅遊業。
首先繼續發揮比較優勢做優做強，比如博彩業，同時將博彩業與旅遊業深度結合，發展博彩旅遊業新的內涵和形式；其次，在文化旅遊日益盛行的背景下，依託澳門的歷史文化和歷史城區，發展文化遺產旅遊業，提升澳門在各國旅客心中的文化澳門形象；再次從澳門會展旅遊業入手，結合澳門和大灣區各城市之間的經濟、文化等方面交流，以創新思維發展國際化，精品化的會展旅遊。最後，打造粵港澳大灣區旅遊訊息共用交流的平臺，將大灣區各城市獨具特色的旅遊資源，聯手開發建設一程多站式旅遊線路和產品，使其成為內地和海外旅客理想的旅遊勝地。
本文的研究希望對澳門旅遊業在粵港澳大灣區規劃中的發展方向和發展形式提供一定的建議和參考。
From the first inclusion of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay area in the government work report in 2017 to the signing by the governments of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao of the Framework Agreement on deepening Guangdong-Hong Kong Macao co-operation and promoting the development of the Grand- Bay area, to the promulgation of the outline of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay area plan, the development planning of the bay area is increasingly appearing in the development planning of all major news media and industries. Macao, as one of the key cities of the hub, will play an important role in the future development of the Guangdong- Hong Kong-Macao Bay area. The outline clearly emphasizes that Macau is one of the core engines of regional development, building a World Tourism and Leisure Center, a platform for business cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, promoting moderately diversified economic development and mainstreaming Chinese culture, multi-cultural co-existence of the exchange and cooperation base.
Macau, which has long been dominated by tourism, entertainment, and hotels, has in recent years been active in the development of tourism and leisure services, gaming and tourism, as well as in its role as a hub for exchanges among Portuguese-speaking countries. Taking the tourism industry of Macao as an example, this paper focuses on how to combine the tourism industry of Macao with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area, and discusses how to combine the tourism industry of Macao with the development planning and abundant tourism resources and advantages of Grand-Bay, Macao's tourism industry should develop its own tourism industry through R & D and Innovation with the help of these advantages and resources, first of all, continue to make good use of its comparative advantages, such as the gaming industry, and at the same time combine the gaming industry with tourism in-depth, secondly, in the context of the growing prevalence of cultural tourism, depending on the historical culture and historic city area of Macao, we should develop the cultural heritage tourism and enhance the cultural image of Macao in the minds of tourists from all countries Thirdly, we should start with the mice tourism industry of Macao, combine the economic and cultural exchanges between Macao and other cities in Bay area, and develop the international mice tourism with innovative thinking. Finally, to create a platform for sharing and exchanging tourism information in the Guangdong- Hong Kong-Macao Bay area, and to jointly develop and build one-way multi-stop tourist routes and products with the unique tourism resources of the cities in the bay area, make it an ideal tourist destination for both mainland and overseas visitors.
