    題名: 核心肌群訓練對中學生射箭選手平衡能力及運動表現之影響

    摘要: 本研究目的在探討八週核心訓練後,對於射箭選手之平衡能力及運動表現的影響。方法是以新北市某國中射箭隊選手男生14位、女生6位做為研究對象,隨機分為兩組,核心訓練組及一般體能組,經前測後,核心訓練組必須另外進行八週、每周3次、每次約60分鐘的核心訓練,體能組則進行八週專項體能訓練,在八週後實施後測,比較訓練後兩組前測及後測的差異,本訓練課程分為20個動作,徒手核心訓練12個動作、抗力球核心訓練4個動作、藥球核心4個訓練動作,訓練內容從徒手訓練循序漸進至加入抗力球及藥球,兩組樣本在核心訓練前進行第一次測驗平衡能力測驗方法分為2種,動態平衡測驗採用星形離散平衡測試(SEBT),靜態平衡測驗使用閉眼單腳站立作為測驗方法,運動表現測驗採50公尺雙局,七十二支箭雙局總分作為測驗方法,八週核心訓練結束後進行第二次測驗,測驗方式及測驗內容與前測相同。結果:接受八週核心訓練後核心訓練組在動態平衡零度與九十度左右腳皆有顯著差異(p<.05),一百八十度左右腳測驗結果並無顯著差異(p>.05),靜態平衡在兩組都無顯著增加,在運動表現實驗結果顯示核心訓練組與一般體能組,組間達顯著差異(p<.05)。 結論:本研究八週核心訓練可顯著提升射箭選手動態平衡能力及運動表現之能力。
    The purpose of this study was to explore the impact of the eight weeks of core training on the balance and athletic performance of archery players. The method was based on the study of 14 male and 6 female Junior High School Archery Team Students in New Taipei City. They were randomly divided into two groups, the core training group and the general fitness group. After pre-test, the core training group must perform core training for an additional eight weeks, three times a week, and approximately 60 minutes each time. The general fitness group will perform eight weeks of specialty fitness training, and post-tests will be implemented after eight weeks. The differences between the two groups of pre-test and post-test are compared. This training course was divided into 20 movements, 12 core movements with bare hands, 4 core movements with swiss balls, 4 core movements with medicine balls. The training content was progressive from the bare hand training to the addition of swiss ball training and medicine ball training. The two groups are tested for the first time before core training. The balance ability test method was divided into 2 types. The star excursion balance test (SEBT) was used for the dynamic balance test. The one-legged stand with closed eyes was used as the static balance test. The sport performance test takes 50 meters in two rounds, and the total score of 72 arrows in two rounds was used as the test method. After the eight-week core training, a second test was performed. The test method and test content are the same as the pre-test. Results: After eight weeks of core training, the core training group had significant differences in dynamic balance at zero degrees and about 90 degrees (p <.05), and there was no significant difference in the results of the 180 degree feet test (p> .05). The static balance did not increase significantly in both groups, and the results of sport performance test showed that there was a significant difference between the core training group and the general fitness group (p <.05). Conclusion: Eight weeks of core training in this study can significantly improve the ability of archer’s dynamic balance and sport performance.
