本研究旨在了解鄒族青少年參與「夢想之鄒」方案之經驗及其參與方案後之生涯發展歷程,藉由了解「夢想之鄒」介入方案對鄒族青少年生涯發展的影響,作為未來介入偏鄉生涯活動的參考。
本研究採敘說研究方法,以半結構方式訪談五位研究參與者,邀請國中時參與兩年以上「夢想之鄒」活動、經過升學選擇且目前年滿二十歲之鄒族青少年參與本研究,並以深度訪談方式了解其參與「夢想之鄒」方案之經驗,及參與方案後的生涯歷程,再以「整體─內容」分析方法進行資料整理,歸納核心主題與敘說經驗,得到研究結果如下:
一、鄒族青少年參與「夢想之鄒」方案之經驗:
可將經驗內容歸類為「透過活動體驗及思考」、「同儕互相支持與陪伴」及「志工長期陪伴」三大重要元素。
二、鄒族青少年參與「夢想之鄒」方案後生涯歷程:
此部分可做為參與「夢想之鄒」方案後的延伸,將生涯歷程歸納為「有探索的信心與勇氣」、「願意持續探索思考未來」、「參與、了解自己的文化」與「能夠付出與回饋」四個部分。
依據本研究結果,對偏鄉青少年、相關實務工作者及未來從事相關研究人員提出研究限制與建議。
The study aims to realize the experience of Tsou Youths to participate in the program of “Tsou Dream”, and to realize the career process after participating in the program. By understanding the impact of Tsou Youths to take part in the program of “Tsou Dream”, the study can be a recommendation of career activity program for youths in rural area.
The study uses narrative research and interviews in semi-structured. The study invites five Tsou Youths who have participated in the “Tsou Dream” for more than two years and have experienced to choose department of entering higher education. In addition, the research participants need to be over than 20 years old now. The researcher uses the in-depth interview to understand the experience of Tsou Youths who have taken part in the program of “Tsou Dream”, and their career process after participating in the program. Finally, the study adopts the “holistic-content” analysis to interpret the life story of these participants. The research results are as follows:
1.The experience of Tsou Youths who participated in the program of “Tsou Dream”:
The experience of Tsou Youths who took part in the program can be classified into three important elements: “experience and thinking through activities”, “peer support and accompany” and “volunteers accompany in a long time”.
2.The career process of Tsou Youths afer participating in the program of “Tsou Dream”:
This part can be used as an extension of Tsou Youths who participated in the program of “Tsou Dream”. The career process of Tsou Youths can be summarized as “have confidence and courage to explore”, “willing to continue to explore and think about the future”, “join and understanding of their own culture”, and “reward for gratitude”.
Based on the results of this study, the researcher make limitations and recommendations for rural youths, relevant practitioners, and future researchers.
