This study aims to explore the association of life adjustment, self-concept and culture identity with high school students in Mainland China Taiwan Businessman school. This study adopts questionnaire survey and uses stratified sampling. The total valid subjects are 901 with 87% valid return rate. This study uses three scales such as culture identity, life adjustment and self-concept as well as demographic variables with descriptive statistics, t test, one-way between ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple stepwise regression to test hypotheses. Results are as follow:
1. This study adjusts the research framework via factor analysis and gets good construct validity and inter-consistency reliability.
2. The high school students in Mainland China Taiwan Businessman School have high-level life adjustment, self-concept and culture identity.
3. culture adjustment varies with age difference, showing the higher age, the higher score in culture adjustment; girls seem higher than boys in family self and culture integration.
4. The higher score of life adjustment high school students show and the higher they show self-concept.
5. The best variables to explain culture involvement and culture belonging are person and school adjustment as well as family adjustment; the best variables to explain culture integration are person and school adjustment, culture adjustment family adjustment as well as personal self.
