研究結果顯示,企業競爭力就建基在人力資本,但外來干擾變數,員工工作不確定性、主管領導方式、企業組織文化創新性、以及各種在職訓練,價值鏈內各單位運作時所需的資源必需完備,以系統思考來改善問題和效率,有助提升人力素質,以支持企業用人及發展競爭力。
Under the knowledge economy, talent development is one of the most important resources for business success. From the perspective of learning organization, the integration of individual learning, team learning and organizational learning can the critical driving force for organizational growth. For an innovative organization, it must be established as a learning organization to improve human resources, ensure economic growth, and promote sustainable development.
This study uses systems thinking to explore management strategies in the execution of corporate talent recruitment with case studies, supplemented by in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys. A causal loop diagram is proposed as an analysis reference for the improvement of the human recruitment system.
The research results suggest that human capital is one of the bases for corporate competitiveness, while external variables, employee job uncertainty, leadership style, corporate organizational culture, and various on-the-job training are required for the organizational value chain. To improve a company’s competitiveness, systematic thinking can be used for quality improvements of human resources.
