    摘要: 幼兒教育是奠定教育之基礎,幼兒園經營策略更是確保幼兒學習環境優質化的最佳方法,教育體制隨著時空環境變遷,從業價值觀與意識型態亦隨之改變,應對未來提升競爭力,幼兒教育欲確保與提升其競爭實力,幼兒園必須更有著宏觀、彈性、自主、特色、風格、創意、品牌的經營方式,與時俱進進而不斷提升並改進園方教育品質。透過個案訪談、文獻分析…等方式,進一步了解幼兒園組織必須根據社會環境的變遷、時代潮流的趨勢、以及教育相關法令、政策、人員的需求,加以改變、轉型、再造,才能在時代的洪流中永續經營。故了解優質幼兒園如何運用經營策略進行組織再造,創造良好的經營績效。提升幼兒教育優良的品質,發展幼兒園的特色之重要性值得探討研究。
    Early childhood education lays the foundation for education overall. A good preschool education environment can cultivate the sound physical and mental integrity of future leaders. Good kindergarten business strategy is also the best way to ensure the quality of learning environments for young children. The education system has changed over time and by location, and the state has also evolved. Thus, to ensure and enhance the competitiveness of early childhood education it is necessary to both continue to nurture its next generation on campus, and to make kindergarten education more macroscopic, flexible, autonomous and distinctive. What’s needed is creativity and brand management methods, as well as keeping pace with the times and continuously improving quality. Through literature analysis, we understand that kindergarten organizations must be transformed, and recreated in accordance with changes in the social environment, the trends of the times, and the requirements of education-related laws, policies, and personnel, so that they can continue to operate in the face of change. Therefore, it is worth exploring how to help kindergartens organize and reengineer, lay down business strategies, create good business performance, and improve the excellent quality of preschool education while also developing their characteristics.
