    摘要: 本研究旨在探討所屬唐氏症基金會的公共托育中心的中心政策、員工認同感及家長滿意度在城市(新北市)與鄉村(連江縣)之間的差異性。本研究方法主要是採用深度訪談,深度訪談屬非量化的研究方法中應用最為廣泛者。藉由深度訪談及蒐集過去的文獻資料及相關次集資料中,篩選出較具有關鍵性的問題。因此,本研究訪談對象為本會公共托育中心具新進未滿一年及二年以上托育經驗的城鄉托育人員5位及5位家長;另本研究擬出以下結論:
    一、 在城市與鄉村公托員工認同感方面:
    (一) 在休戚感上:城市與鄉村皆著重組織價值感。
    (二) 在牽連感上:城市樂於投入組織活動,鄉村重視實質幫助。
    (三) 在忠誠感上:城市與鄉村皆願意守住工作崗位。
    (四) 在疏離感上:城市對組織積極度強,鄉村較疏離。
    (五) 在對城鄉托育政策的評價上:城市與鄉村差異小。
    二、 在城市與鄉村公托家長滿意度方面:
    (一) 對行政人員行政服務效能的滿意度差異很小 。
    (二) 肯定托育人員的親師互動差異小。
    (三) 對中心的環境安全與設施施設備品質的滿意度差異小。
    (四) 對托育人員的專業照護滿意度差異小。
    (五) 對城鄉托育政策大多給予高度肯定。
    The purpose of the study is to explore the differences between central policies, employees identification and parental satisfaction of the public care center of Down Syndrome Foundation between cities (New Taipei City) and villages (Lianjiang County). This research mainly uses in-depth interviews as methods. In-depth interviews are the most widely used non-quantitative research methods. Through in-depth interviews and the collection of past literature and related sub-collection data, more critical issues were screened out. Therefore, the interview subjects of this study would be 5 cities/villages childcare workers with less than one year and more than two years of childcare experiences in the public childcare center of the Association, and 5 parents; in addition, this study draws the following conclusions:
    1. Identification of public childcare employees in cities and villages:
    (1) In terms of restlessness: both cities and villages focus on organizational value.
    (2) In terms of involvement: cities are willing to involve in organizing activities, villages value substantial assistances.
    (3) In terms of loyalty: both cities and villages are willing to stay on their jobs.
    (4) In terms of alienation: cities have strong enthusiasm for organization, villages are more alienated.
    (5) In the evaluation of cities and villages childcare policies: little differences between cities and villages.

    2. Satisfaction of parents on public childcare in cities and villages:
    (1) Little differences in the satisfaction with the administrative services of the personnel.
    (2) Little differences in the affirmation of the parent-teacher interaction among nursing staffs.
    (3) Little differences in the satisfaction of the center's environmental safety ,the quality of facilities and equipment.
    (4) Little differences in the satisfaction of the profession of care for nursery staff.
    (5) High affirmation of most cities and villages childcare policies.
