近年來台灣高科技業蓬勃發展,高科技業不但在台灣經濟發展中扮演重要的角色,高科技業的興衰也連帶影響著台灣的產業競爭力及經濟成長,而高學歷的優秀人才是高科技業蓬勃發展的重要因素。因此本研究以高科技業工程師為研究對象,欲探討其未來時間觀對留任意願是否有顯著影響,接著探討工作動機於未來時間觀與留任意願之間是否會產生中介作用。本研究以問卷調查方式進行樣本資料蒐集,抽樣方法為便利抽樣,針對高科技業中資訊領域相關的工程師進行發放,共發放377份問卷,回收228份有效問卷,回收率60.48%。研究結果發現部分不同背景變項之高科技業工程師未來時間觀、工作動機與留任意願有顯著差異,高科技業工程師未來時間觀對留任意願與工作動機均有正向影響,工作動機對留任意願有正向影響,且工作動機在未來時間觀與留任意願之間具有部分中介效果。
In recent years, Taiwan's high-tech industry has flourished, high-tech industry not only plays an important role in Taiwan's economic development, but also affects Taiwan's industrial competitiveness and economic growth, and outstanding employees with high education background are the important factors for the booming development of high-tech industry. Therefore, this study takes high-tech industry engineers as the research object, to explore whether their future time perspective has a positive impact on intention to stay, and then to explore whether the work motivation will have mediating effect between future time perspective (FTP) and intention to stay. The questionnaire was convenience sampled and distributed to the engineers in high-tech industry. A total of 377 questionnaires were sent and 228 were returned, with a returned rate of 60.48%. The study found that there are significant differences in the future time perspective, work motivation and intention to stay of high-tech engineers with different background variables, high-tech industry engineers’ future time perspective have positive impact on both intention to stay and work motivation, work motivation have positive impact on intention to stay, and the relationship between high-tech industry engineers’ future time perspective and intention to stay is partially mediated by work motivation.
