摘要: | 本研究主要目的在探討大專院校棒球聯賽一般組賽事滿意度之研究。研究者針對108學年度大專院校一般組棒球聯賽之宣推活動、場地與賽程進行、大會形象與服務、比賽制度、資訊系統、媒體傳播等六個構面進行滿意度調查。共發放並回收問卷243份(100%),剔除無效問卷13份,有效問卷為230份(94.65%),研究結果顯示:一、樣本主要為大學二年級和三年級(53.5%),守備位置多為內野手(39.1%),33.5%的受試者為首次參與大專棒球聯賽;二、受試者對於賽事之整體滿意度達中等程度(129.59),其中對「比賽制度」滿意程度最高,「場地與賽程進行」滿意程度最低;三、在不同個人基本資料之整體賽事滿意度,以雲林科大的球員最高,台北海大的球員最低;以三年級的球員最高,大學部延畢的球員最低;以捕手最高,投手最低;以4-6年的球員最高,10年以上的球員最低;以參加5次的球員最高,參加6次的球員最低;四、在不同年級、守備位置、參加大專棒球聯賽次數的球員對不同構面之賽事滿意度皆呈現無顯著差異,接受研究假設,而在不同學校的球員在「大會形象與服務」有顯著差異,台北醫大、雲林科大滿意程度顯著高於台北市大,在「比賽制度」有顯著差異,雲林科大滿意程度顯著高於嘉藥大學,不同球齡的球員在「媒體傳播」則有顯著差異,球齡4-6年的球員滿意程度顯著高於球齡7-9年的球員,因此拒絕研究假設。最後,本研究建議未來舉辦大專院校棒球聯賽可透過下列方式提高選手滿意度:安排優質比賽場地、增加選手及賽事媒體曝光度、重新定義球員資格規定、提升裁判的素質、彈性溝通賽程並準備雨備日。

A total of 243 questionnaires (100%) were distributed and recovered, 13 invalid questionnaires were eliminated, and 230 valid questionnaires (94.65%). the results were as follows: First, the sample basic data survey is mostly in the second and third grades(53.5%), most of the defensive positions are infielders (39.1%), and 33.5% of the participants are the first time to participate in UBL; Second, participants have a medium level of overall satisfaction(129.59), in which the most " tournament system" the highest degree of satisfaction, " venue and schedule progress" the lowest degree of satisfaction; Third, overall tournament satisfaction of players in different basic personal information, NYUST is the highest and TUMT is the lowest; the third grade is the highest and in the college department undergraduate is the lowest; the catcher is the highest and the pitcher is the lowest; the players with 4-6 years is the highest and the player with more than 10 years is the lowest; the player who participated 5 times is the highest and the player who participated 6 times is the lowest; Fourth, in different grades, fielding position, the number of players participating in UBL tournament of satisfaction with different facets of the presentation are no significant differences, accepting the research hypothesis, players in different schools have significant differences in conference image and service, TMU and NYUST Satisfaction is significantly higher than UT, in tournament system, NYUST Satisfaction is significantly higher than CNU, players in different ball age have significant differences in media communication, the players with 4-6 years is significantly higher than the players with 7-9 years, therefore reject the research hypothesis. Finally, this study suggests that hosting UBL in the future can improve player satisfaction by: arranging high-quality playing venues, increasing player and media exposure, redefining player qualification requirements, improving the quality of referees, communicating the schedule flexibly and preparing rainy day. |
