    Abstract: 一些研究已經提出了使用測角儀、攝影量測及數位放射線照相術的方法來測量後足角度,進而得到足部的中立位置,但是這些方法都缺乏提供客觀及自動化的量測方法。本文藉由工程的量測技術應用於生物醫學領域上,達到客觀及自動化的後足角度量測,進而自動化計算足部的中立位置,採用了一種簡單新穎的測量系統來評估足部的中立位置,此系統結合了可翻轉腳踏平台、三維掃描器和資料處理。首先,利用了手持式三維掃描器完成受測者站立的足部模型,藉由三維足部模型分區擷取小腿部及跟骨部的輪廓線,以輪廓線的中點作為小腿和跟骨的位置,再將這些中點以線性迴歸的方法計算小腿和跟骨的中線,由中線的斜率計算後足角度;最後利用受測者站立於不同傾斜角度之腳踏平台上,計算受測者在不同傾斜角度下站立之後足角度,決定站立時之足部中立位置。此外,藉由攝影量測法驗證此三維掃描足部技術,並以三維列印後足矯正鞋墊進行足部中立位置之驗證。
    Several research has presented by using the goniometer, photogrammetry, and digital radiography to measure the rearfoot angle to obtain a neutral posture of the foot. However, these methods lack objective and automating measurement results. In this paper, the engineering measurement technology will apply to the biomedical field to achieve objective and automating the rearfoot angle measurement, and then calculate the neutral posture of the foot with automating. A simple and novel measurement system is used to evaluate the neutral position of the foot, which includes eversion foot platforms, a 3D scanner, and data processing. First, a handheld 3D scanner was used to conduct the 3D foot model of the subject standing. The outlines of the lower leg and the calcaneus were captured by the three-dimensional foot model, and the midpoint of the outline was used as the position of the tibia and calcaneus, and then the midpoint was used to calculate the tibia and calcaneus by linear regression. The angles of the rear foot can be calculated by the slope of the midline. Finally, the subject stood on a foot platform with various tilt angles to calculate the foot and leg angles.
