    摘要: 四平陽光商圈位於台北市中山區,在民國91年至93年受台北市商業處的「商店街區輔導計畫」協助,但從93年至今(民國108年)接受輔導至今已經過15年。為了進一步瞭解自接受台北市商業處輔導15年後的四平商圈產生的變化,本研究透過該商圈之人流調查與消費者特徵與行為調查探討現今四平商圈之消費者活動時間以及人潮聚集時間點,並針對消費者的特性與行為以及對該商圈的滿意度調查。此外本研究亦同時進行業態業種調查,藉此瞭解該商圈的店家型態,以促進台北市政府對四平商圈之品牌定位及行銷規劃推展,提供未來規劃四平商圈營業項目,同時幫助新進店家瞭解該商圈型態與商圈消費者特性,找到符合自己品牌定位的市場。
    The Siping Sun business district, located in Zhongshan District, Taipei City, received assistance from the Taipei City Office of Commerce under its Business District Support Program from 2002 to 2004. As of 2019, 15 years have passed since the end of the program. To understand how the Siping business district has changed 15 years after receiving support from the Taipei City Office of Commerce, this study investigated the crowd flow, customer characteristics, and customer behavior in the business district, exploring the time points at which customers were active and at which crowds were formed in the business district. The characteristics and behavior of customers as well as their satisfaction with the business district were also examined. Moreover, this study obtained the type of operation and kind of stores in the business district to gain an overview of the store type in the district; this could enable the Taipei City Government to brand and market the Siping business district as well as facilitate overall planning of the business district with regards to business types. This would also help new stores to understand the business district’s features and the characteristics of its customers, allowing these stores to position their brands appropriately in the market.
