本研究目的在瞭解不同背景變項的澳門公職人員及教職人員在政策認知因素變項構面的差異情形,分析不同背景變項的澳門公職人員及教職人員在政策滿意度變項構面的差異情形,進而探討澳門公職人員及教職人員在政策認知變項構面對政策滿意度的影響。本研究採文獻分析法及問卷調查法,共發出406份問卷,回收有效問卷406份。經實證分析重要結果歸納如下:
在個人背景方面:「30歲以下組」相較於「31-40歲組」及「41歲或以上組」的澳門公職人員及教職人員有較優的政策認知及幼兒照顧認知、在「友善職場滿意度」有較佳的滿意度;在整體政策認知上1名子女相對於無子女及2名子女或以上有較佳的認知度;在政策滿意度方面,1名子女相對於無子女,有佳高的滿意度,亦即生育子女數變項對於政策認知及政策滿意度有顯著之影響,本研究的受試樣本之政策因素會影響其政策滿意度;個人認知因素會影響其政策滿意度。政策因素對於政策滿意度的表現有相當程度的預測力。
本研究提出以下建議:(一)加強政策實施及宣傳(二)加強友善職場措施。
The purpose of this study is to understand the difference of policy cognitive factors between in the different individual property of the female civil servant of Macau S.A.R. and teachers, to analyze policy satisfaction of female civil servant of Macau S.A.R. and teachers between different individual property variables, research the influence of personal cognitive factors of female civil servant of Macau S.A.R. and teachers on policy satisfaction, then explore the influence of the policy factors of female civil servant of Macau S.A.R. and teachers on policy satisfaction. It sent out 406 questionnaires and got 406 valid copies in total. After empirical analysis, the results of this study are concluded as follows:
For individual property, it exists significant differences in the different personal cognitive factor; the "below 30 age group" is higher than "31 to 40 age group" and " above 40 age group " in policy cognitive; the "one person group" is higher than " no person group " and " two people group “ in terms of policy cognitive and policies satisfaction. The policy cognitive factor has considerable predictive power on the policy satisfaction
The following suggestions are proposed by this study:(1) strengthen the policy marketing to enhance cognition (2) strengthen the policy of friendly workplace.
