摘要: | 隨著氣候惡劣變遷與早期的血汗勞工工廠事件發生以及工作暴力事件,企業社會責任(corporate social responsibility, CSR)逐漸備受重視,企業社會責任不是只有捐錢做公益而已,還要注重在經濟、環境及社會面向上做出努力與奉獻,這才是真正的企業CSR。現代科技時代的進步,全球企業產業面臨考驗,金融經營方式再次面臨轉型。另外,有鑒於過去金融產業受全球金融危機影響,許多金融企業想保有永續經營的情況下,金融企業除了因應經營型態變革,須擁有建全的營利能力,並且須兼顧企業社會責任。因為根據以往經驗,主動實施企業社會責任的策略,提升經營績效,建立健全的財務結構,優化公司治理,可逹良好的營利能力,能安定員工生活,保障消費者與提升股東投資價值等利害關係人的福利,近而對社會產生貢獻,善盡企業社會責任,保有未來競爭優勢,才是企業永續經營的不二法門。
金融產業是經濟的重要一環,除了提供民生與企業的金融商品與服務外,對國家經濟發展與安定民生也佔有很重要的地位。因此,金融產業理應履行企業社會責任,現在因應金融科技發展,已經變成現代金融業經營的新的範疇,因此在金融科技下,企業社會責任的新實施內容可以進一步去做深入的探討。
本研究以富邦金控為研究對象,去探討富邦金控的企業經營管理與企業本身的社會責任之間的關係。本論文主要內容,以企業社會責任的經濟面、環境面及社會面三大面向,去探討富邦金控在企業社會責任實務上在實施後的經營管理成效情況。企業經營過程中在施行管理上值得研究的部份粗略涵蓋財務管理,人力資源管理與行銷管理三大部份。其中企業的財務管理包含財務會計管理、稅務管理、投資管理及籌資與營運資金管理;企業的人力資源,包括人力資源管理新特徵、經營管理及管理環境與決策;企業的行銷管理,包含企業行銷觀念與特徵、行銷組合策略及行銷溝通組合策略。本研究以文獻研究法、問卷調查法進行研究。
根據研究結果發現,富邦金控員工皆認為企業實施企業社會責任中不管是社會面、經濟面與環境面,皆可提升金控企業的競爭力、企業形象、品牌知名度、顧客忠誠度及顧客滿意度,而有利於金控企業獲利改善,提升其經營管理成效。
With the severe climate change, the occurrence of the early sweatshop incident and the work violence incident, corporate social responsibility has been paid more and more attention. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is not only to donate money for the public good, but also to make efforts and contributions in the economic, environmental and social aspects, which is the real CSR. With the progress of modern science and technology era, the global enterprise industry is facing the test, and the financial operation mode is facing the transformation again. In addition, in view of the impact of the global financial crisis on the financial industry in the past, many financial enterprises want to maintain a sustainable operation. In addition to responding to the changes in the business model, financial enterprises should have a fully established profitability and take corporate social responsibility into account. Because, according to past experience, active implementation of the strategy of corporate social responsibility, improve business performance, establish a sound financial structure, optimize the corporate governance, bountiful good profit ability, can settle employee life, safeguard consumer welfare and enhance the investment value of shareholders and other stakeholders, close and contributing to society, fulfill their corporate social responsibility, to keep the future competitive advantage, is the key to gain business continuity.
Financial industry is an important part of the economy. In addition to providing financial goods and services for people's livelihood and enterprises, it also plays an important role in national economic development and people's livelihood. Therefore, the financial industry is supposed to perform CSR. Now, in accordance with the development of fintech, it has become a new category of modern financial industry management. Therefore, under fintech, the new implementation of CSR can be further discussed.
This study takes Fubon Financial Holding as the research object to discuss the relationship between the management of enterprises and the social responsibility of enterprises in Fubon Financial Holding. The main content of this paper is to discuss the operation and management effect of Taiwan's Fubon Financial Holding after the implementation of corporate social responsibility practice from the three aspects of economic, environmental and social aspects of corporate social responsibility. In the process of enterprise operation, the part worth studying in the implementation management roughly covers financial management, human resource management and marketing management. The financial management of the enterprise includes financial accounting management, tax management, investment management, financing and working capital management. Human resources of enterprises, including new characteristics of human resources management, operation management, management environment and decision-making; Enterprise marketing management, including the concept and characteristics of enterprise marketing, marketing mix strategy and marketing communication mix strategy. This study conducted by literature research and questionnaire survey.
According to the results of the study showed that employees in Fubon Financial Holding are that enterprises in the implementation of corporate social responsibility whether social, economy and environment, all can improve the competitiveness of the financial sector, corporate image and brand awareness, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction, and helped improve bank profits, improve its operation and management. |
