Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, and item analysis, independent student t test, one-way ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis are used for data analysis. The respondents are mainly male, unmarried, 21 to 30 years old with master degree. Their main position is research assistant, monthly income is 40,001-60,000 NT with residence mostly in northern Taiwan.
