    摘要: 本研究是以不同布樣貼合電致發光布來產生不同的視覺效果,在電致發光的製程中,以4:1的水性PU與鈦酸鋇粉及螢光粉塗佈介電層、發光層,再塗佈導電、絕緣層,並與不同染色濃度之布樣貼合探討亮度及Lab值的改變。未染色之原胚布與EL貼合後,亮度約剩下47%~51%。和染布貼合,以黃色染料的亮度表現最佳,因黃色屬於亮色系,故擁有較高數值,而一般染料會隨濃度的上升,與EL貼合後的亮度會下降,故一般染料濃度與亮度呈反比關係,但螢光染料則相反,會隨濃度上升,亮度也隨之上升,使螢光染料濃度與亮度成正比關係。與不同顏色濃度布樣貼合,會受到布樣本身之Lab值影響,造成電致發光光線色彩的改變,故欲改變色彩,除了改變絕緣層外,亦可以布樣貼合來改變其效果,但須考慮光源本身的ab值。
    In this study, different electroluminescent fabrics applied to different fabrics to produce different visual effects. In the electroluminescent process, dielectric layers have coated with water-based PU and barium titanium powder and fluorescent powder in proportion to 4:1. The luminescent layer coated with a conductive and insulating layer, and the swatches with different dyeing densities have combined to investigate the changes in brightness and laboratory values. With the dyeing cloth, the yellow dye has the best brightness. Since the yellow color belongs to the bright color. It has a higher value, and the general dye will increase with the concentration. The brightness after the EL coating will decrease, so the general dye concentration inversely proportional to the brightness, but fluorescent dyes, on the contrary, will increase with the concentration, the brightness will also rise, so that fluorescent dye concentration and brightness are directly proportional to the relationship. When affixed with different colors, the fabric sample will affected by the laboratory value of the cloth sample body, causing changes the color of the electroluminescent light. Therefore, in order to change the color, in addition to changing the insulating layer, it can also applied to change the effect, but must take into account the ab value of the light source itself.
