本研究目的在於比較一般學生與運動績優學生介入十週肌力訓練對最大肌力表現之影響。前測後經十週肌力訓練再進行後測,測驗項目分別為「槓鈴握推」、「槓鈴深蹲」以及「傳統槓鈴硬舉」。以單因子共變數分析比較二組在不同項目差異情形。結果發現參與者經十週肌力訓練後,運動績優生在「槓鈴握推」、「傳統槓鈴硬舉」二項目進步均優於一般生。結論運動績優生因長期運動訓練可以提升運動能力,肌肉量較多,故進步幅度均高於一般生。
The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of ten-week muscle strength training on the maximum muscle strength of non-athlete collegiate and athlete collegiate. After the pre-test, after ten weeks of muscle strength training, the test items were "Bench press", "Barbell Squat", and "Barbell Deadlift". Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to compare the differences between the two groups in different projects. The results after ten weeks of muscle strength training, the progress of athlete collegiate was higher than that of the non-athlete collegiate. The progress of the "Bench press", and "Barbell Deadlift" were better than the non-athlete collegiate. Conclusion the athlete collegiate eugenics can improve their athletic ability due to long-term exercise training, and muscle mass is more, so the progress is higher than the non-athlete collegiate.
