    題名: 幼兒園教學視導重要性與成效之研究

    摘要: 本研究探討幼兒園教學視導之概況,採用問卷調查法,以私立幼兒園教保人員143位為研究對象,以「幼兒園教學視導之研究調查問卷」蒐集資料。所得資料運用描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、及關聯度等統計方法進行分析。結果如下:
    一、教保服務人員對教學『視導重要程度』及『視導成效』的感知均為中上偏高。
    二、在職務上,主管認為園務行政重要程度高於教師們;而品牌建構則相反,教師們高於主管。另在對視導成效層面的感知上,專業成長和品牌建構兩次項層面上,教師認為專業成長和品牌建構視導成效高於主管。
    三、不同年齡教保服務人員對教學視導重要程度的感知沒有差異,看法一致。 另不同年齡教保服務人員對教學視導成效的層面感知,在課程設計、專業成長、及 品牌建構3個層面,41歲以上教保服務人員認為教學視導有成效。
    四、不同服務年資教保服務人員對視導面向的重要程度感知各層面均沒有差異。而對視導成效面向上,課程設計、專業成長、及品牌建構3個層面都是服務26年以上教保服務人員認為視導有成效。
    四、不同學歷教保服務人員對視導面向的重要程度的感知,在園務行政上高中職以下高於專科/大學和研究所以上者;和品牌建構則是研究所畢業高於高中職以下之教保服務人員。另在視導成效的感知,在課程設計、專業成長、及品牌建構3個層面,都是研究所以上畢業教保服務人員認為視導有成效高於高中職以下和專科大學畢業者。
    五、不同面談次數在對視導面向的重要程度構面的園務行政,從未面談者對園務行政層面重要程度高於面談3次含以上者。在視導成效的感知上,課程設計、專業成長、及品牌建構3個層面均是面談3次含以上認為視導有成效高於從未面談、和面談1-2次者。
    六、不同參加視導會議次數的重要程度感知,在園務行政和品牌建構2個層面,參加會議1-2次者認為園務行政層面之重要程度高於3次含以上者表。在視導成效的感知上,課程設計、專業成長、及品牌建構3個層面均都是參加會議3次含以上高於參加會議1-2次和從未參加會議者。
    七、教保服務人員對視導面向的重要程度各層面之關聯程度,園務行政、課程設計、專業成長、品牌建構四個層面均呈現正相關。
    This study focus on the general sitution of educational supervision in kindergarten. Using questionnaire survey method, 143 private kindergarten teaching and security workers are taken as the research object, and data are collected using the "questionnaire for educational supervision in kindergarten ". The obtained data were analyzed using Researching on Educational Supervision in Kindergarten Summary.
    This study focus on the general situation of educational supervision in kindergarten. Using the questionnaire survey method, 143 private kindergarten teaching and security workers are taken as the research object, and data are collected using the "questionnaire for educational supervision in kindergarten ". The obtained data were analyzed using statistical methods such as descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, Analysis of Variance, and correlation analysis. The results are as follows:
    I. Educational service personnel's perceptions of the "importance of visual guidance" and "effectiveness of visual guidance" are both high and medium.
    2. In terms of position, supervisors think that gardening administration is more important than teachers; while the brand building is the opposite, teachers are higher than supervisors. Also, in terms of the perception of the effectiveness of visual guidance, professional growth and brand building are two levels. Teachers believe that professional growth and brand building are more effective than supervisors.
    3. There is no difference in the perception of the important educational supervision among different ages of school personnel. They share the same views. Also, the education service workers from different ages perceive the effectiveness of educational supervision. In terms of curriculum design, professional growth, and brand building, education security service staff over 41 years of age think that educational supervision is effective.
    4. There is no difference in the level of perception of visual guidance by service personnel of different years of service. As for the effectiveness of visual guidance, the three aspects of curriculum design, professional growth, and brand building are all service providers who have served for more than 26 years and believe that visual guidance is effective.
    4. Perception of visual guidance by service personnel with different educational backgrounds. In gardening administration, the level below the high school level is higher than that of colleges and research institutes; and the brand construction is that the graduate of the research institute is higher than the level of high school education School security service staff. Besides, in the perception of the effectiveness of visual guidance. The three levels of curriculum design, professional growth, and brand building, all graduate education and security service personnel who believe that visual guidance is more effective than senior high school graduates and college graduates.
    5. The number of different interviews in the aspect of the important direction of the guidance of the garden administration, those who have never been interviewed are more important to the garden administration level than those who have more than 3 interviews. In terms of the perception of visual guidance effectiveness, curriculum design, professional growth, and brand building are all three interviews and those who believe that visual guidance is more effective than those who have never interviewed or have been interviewed 1-2 times.
    6. Perceive the importance of the number to participate in the video guide conference. At the two levels of garden administration and brand building, those who participated in the conference 1-2 times thought that the importance of the garden administration level was higher than three times. In terms of the perception of visual guidance effectiveness, the three levels of course design, professional growth, and brand building are those who participated in the conference more than three times, which was higher than those who participated in the conference 1-2 times and never participated in the conference.
    7. The degree of educational service personnel to the direction of visual guidance. The four levels of gardening administration, curriculum design, professional growth, and brand construction are all positively related.
