    題名: 幼兒園教保人員對藝術文創機構美感 教學滿意度之研究

    摘要: 本研究旨在探討幼兒園教保人員對藝術文創機構美感教學滿意度概況。本研究研究對象為文創機構美感教學幼兒園的159位教保服務人員,研究方法採用問卷調查法,研究工具為「幼兒園教保人員對藝術文創機構美感教學滿意度調查問卷」蒐集資料。所得資料進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數、相關等分析,研究結果如下:
    一教保服務人員對藝術文創機構美感教學滿意度中上程度,以家長回饋最高,次為教材內容。
    二、不同地區幼兒園教保人員對藝術文創機構美感教學滿意度無差異,不同地區教保人員對藝術文創機構美感教學滿意度六個層面是一致的。
    三、不同年齡幼兒園教保人員對藝術文創機構美感教學滿意度整體上及各層面,在學習成效有顯著差異,36歲以上教保人員認為學習成效高於25歲以下者。
    四、不同職務教保服務人員對藝術文創機構美感教學滿意度整體上及各層面,在教師專業與教材內容兩層面有差異,助理教保員對教材內容滿意度高於教師兼任主任、教師(教保員)對教師專業滿意度高於助理教保員。
    五、不同地區、學歷、年資、及學歷教保服務人員對藝術文創機構美感教學滿意度整體上及各層面沒有差異。
    六、教保服務人員對藝術文創機構美感教學滿意度各層面之關聯程度,各層面均呈現正相關。
    The purpose of this study is to find out the satisfaction of kindergarten teaching with aesthetic teaching of arts, cultural and creative institutions. The objects of this study was 159 school service personnel in the aesthetic education kindergarten of cultural and creative institutions. The research method used questionnaires. The research tool was to collect the data for the "Kindergarten education personnel's questionnaire on aesthetic education of artistic, cultural and creative institutions. The obtained data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, single-factor variation, correlation, etc. The research results are as follows:
    I. Educational service satisfaction with aesthetic teaching of arts, cultural and creative institutions is moderate to high, with parents giving the highest feedback, followed by textbook content.
    2. There is no difference in the satisfaction degree of kindergarten teaching of arts, cultural and creative institutions in different regions.
    2. The satisfaction of kindergarten with different ages with respect to the aesthetic teaching of arts, cultural and creative institutions as a whole and at all levels has significant differences in learning effectiveness. Above age of 36 think that the learning effectiveness is higher than those under age of 25.
    3. Satisfaction service of different positions on the aesthetic of arts, cultural and creative institutions as a whole and at various levels, there are differences in the two aspects of teacher professional and textbook content. Assistant Satisfiers are more satisfied with textbook content than teachers who serve as directors and teachers. (School clerk) Satisfaction with teachers is higher than assistant clerk.
    4. There is no difference in the satisfaction of aesthetic education of art, cultural and creative institutions as a whole and at all levels in different regions, academic qualifications, seniority, and educational service personnel.
    5. The degree of correlation between the satisfaction with the aesthetic teaching of the arts, cultural and creative institutions, all levels are positively correlated.
