摘要: | 在這個資訊傳遞快速的時代,「網路」發展普及成為最大因素,無線網路與行動網路的普遍再加上行動裝置,人與人之間溝通變得無遠弗屆,每一個人都可以透過Facebook Messenger、Line、Wechat等這類的即時通訊軟體,將各種的訊息、檔案、照片、影片、貼圖等「免費地」傳給其他人。這樣的便利性,不僅帶來生活上的改變,在不同類型工作上也受到影響。
本研究將探討非上班時間使用即時通訊軟體行為影響組織溝通效能、工作倦怠與工作滿意之情形,試圖了解受測者不同背景變項對非上班時間使用即時通訊軟體行為、組織溝通效能、工作倦怠、工作滿意度之差異情形;使用即時通訊軟體在非上班時間進行溝通時之工作對象對組織溝通效能、工作倦怠及工作滿意度之相關影響;非上班時間使用即時通訊軟體解決公務時使用軟體之功能,對於組織溝通效能、工作倦怠及工作滿意度之相關影響。利用文獻探討與問卷調查研究方式,以百貨業銷售人員為調查對象,以立意抽樣方式發放問卷,共回收份樣本292份,剔除無效樣本11份,共回收有效樣本數281份。資料輸入與分析後,研究發現:1.百貨業銷售人員部分背景變項對非上班時間使用即時通訊軟體行為、組織溝通效能、工作倦怠、工作滿意度有顯著差異。2.非上班時間進行溝通之工作對象不同對組織溝通效能有部分顯著影響。3.非上班時間進行溝通之工作對象不同對工作倦怠無顯著影響。4.非上班時間進行溝通之工作對象不同對工作滿意度存在部分影響。5.非上班時間使用即時通訊軟體解決公務時使用軟體之不同功能對於組織溝通效能有部分影響。6.非上班時間使用即時通訊軟體解決公務時使用軟體之不同功能對於工作倦怠有部分影響。7.非上班時間使用即時通訊軟體解決公務時使用軟體之不同功能對於工作滿意度無顯著影響。依據研究結論提出研究建議提供後續研究者及管理者進行參考。
In the era of all the informaion being transferred so fast, the development of ”Internet”has become the mainly factor. Communication between people become more easier through the popularity of wireless Internet, mobile Networks and mobile devices. Everyone can use Facebook Messenger, Line, Wechat and other instant messaging software to freely send kinds of messages, files, photos, videos and stickers to others. With such convenience not only bring changes in life, but also influence different kinds of works.
This study examined the situation of instant messaging software usage behavior on organizational communication efficiency, job burnout and job satisfaction during non-office hours. First of all, we try to understand different background variables of the subjects toward the differences of instant messaging software usage behavior on organizational communication efficiency, job burnout and job satisfaction during non-office hours. Secondly, to examine using instant messaging softwares to communicate with colleagues toward the related influence of organizational communication efficiency, job burnout and job satisfaction in during non-office hours. Thirdly, to examine the related influence of organizational communication efficiency, job burnout and job satisfaction through using the functions of instant softwares to slove official business during non-office hours.
After reviewing the literatures and the surveys, the researcher took the salepeople of the department store as the survey objects and sent the questionnaires by purpovie sampling. The overall return samples were 292 questionnaires, removing 11 invalid samples, so there were total 281 valid questionnarires. After inputting and analyzing the data, the researcher found that: (1) there were significant differences toward the background variables part of the salepeople of the department store toward the instant messaging software usage behavior on organizational communication efficiency, job burnout and job satisfaction during non-office hours. (2) there were significant difference between some variables of communicating with different workers during non-office hours and organizational communication efficiency. (3) there were no significant differences between communicating with different workers during non-office hours and job burnout. (4) there were some differences between communicating with different workers during non-office hours and job satisfaction. (5) there were some differences between some variables of using instant messaging software to solve the official stuffs during non-office hours and organizational communication efficiency. (6) there were some differences between some variables of using instant messaging software to solve the official stuffs during non-office hours and job burnout. (7) there were some differences between using instant messaging software to solve the official stuffs during non-office hours and job satisfaction.
According to the conclusions of the study, some suggestions for future researchers, the salespeople and the managers of department store were proposed. |
