    摘要: 隨著新科技的快速發展,企業將人工智慧、物聯網、機器人、雲端運算等新科技應用到產業中,本研究透過文獻探討定義新科技及其影響之範圍,並且整理主要國家在新科技方面的發展、新科技對組織之影響、新科技對勞資關係之影響及新科技對人力資源之影響。透過與勞方、資方、工會及專家學者進行訪談,分析企業在轉換過程中可能面臨之問題,包含:新科技使用的現況、人力需求之變化、勞資關係之轉變、企業如何與鮮有資源銜接及如何與國家發展政策結合,最後,提出新科技對勞雇關係之影響相關結論與建議。
    With the rapid development of new technologies, enterprises have applied new technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, robots, and cloud computing to the industry.
    This study explores the scope of defining new technologies and their impact through the literature, and summarizes the development of new technology in major countries, the impact of new technology on organizations, the impact of new technology on labor relations, and the impact of new technology on human resources.
    Through interviews with labor, management, labor unions, experts and scholars, analyze the problems that companies may face during the conversion process, including: the current state of new technology use, changes in human needs, changes in labor relations, how companies connect with scarce resources, and How to integrate with national development policies.
    Finally, conclusions and suggestions on the impact of new technology on labor-employment relations are proposed.
