The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of six-week tennis special strength training intervention on the performance of small tennis players. The study used the International Tennis Federation's International Tennis Skills Standard (ITN) published in 2004 as a test method, including the bottom line hitting depth test, the bottom line hitting accuracy test, and the interception depth test. And the serve test, these four tests can be used as a scoring standard for tennis skill performance. METHODS: A total of 24 students from the National Tennis School were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group received the 30-minute specialist muscle for three weeks and three times a week. Force training, the control group maintained normal school team training, the two groups had the same total training time. RESULTS: After six weeks of tennis special muscle strength training, the bottom line hitting depth of the experimental group ( 53.00 ± 4.71 vs 47.00 ± 6.58 ), the bottom line hitting accuracy ( 46.50 ± 3.82 vs 40.50 ± 4.58 ), and the interception depth (29.75 ± 3.14 vs 25.25 ± 3.57 ) and the accuracy of the serve (59.25 ± 6.25 vs 52.75 ± 7.90 ), the experimental group was significantly better than the control group ( p<.05 ). Conclusion: The six-week tennis special strength training has a significant positive effect on the bottom line hitting depth, bottom line hitting accuracy, intercept depth and serve accuracy of the primary school children.
