摘要: | 情緒調控為提升心理健康與幸福的重要因素,其與學生學業表現、生活適應、人際互動能力、挫折容忍力及壓力管理等具有密切的關係。因此,情緒調控是一個重要的研究議題。在情緒調控策略中,認知重估為一個重要的技巧,其具備有效的情緒調控效能;然而,過去的認知重估教導策略之教導較簡略,造成可用性不足。為提升認知重估的效能,本研究目的在探究頓悟性語句與短文促進認知重估的情緒調節效果。本計畫區分為二年。第一年之研究一在蒐集頓悟性語句與短文,並由專家進行分析與分類。研究二則對頓悟性語句與短文進行頓悟性程度評量,俾利作為本計畫後續研究之用。研究三、研究四及研究五則使用實驗法分別探究頓悟性語句與短文對生氣、害怕及悲傷之情緒調控效果,及頓悟性程度之中介效果。研究六目的則探究頓悟性語句與短文對引發不同情緒強烈程度情境的情緒調節的效果。第二年則以大學生生活中的困擾情緒之情緒調節為目的,並且,發展出頓悟性情緒調控課程。第二年計畫之研究一至研究四分別探究頓悟性語句與短文對人際困擾、生涯困擾、感情困擾及課業困擾的情緒調節效果。研究五則依據本計畫前述研究基礎設計出頓悟性情緒調控課程,並實徵檢驗課程的有效性。本計畫將對情緒調控學術領域及對學生之情緒調控教育實務有實質性的貢獻。
Emotion regulation is an important factor in improving mental health and happiness. It has close relationship with university students' academic performance, life adaptation, interpersonal interaction ability, frustration tolerance, and stress management. Therefore, emotion regulation is an important research topic. Among the emotion regulation strategies, cognitive reappraisal is an important skill with effective emotion regulation; however, in the past, the teachings of cognitive reappraisal strategies were simpler and resulted in insufficient usability. In order to improve the effectiveness of cognitive revaluation, the purpose of this study is to explore the effects of episodes and short articles on cognitive reappraisal. This is a two-years-study. In the first year, Study 1 aims to collect insight episodes and short articles, and then to analyze and classify them by experts. Study 2 aims to prepare the research materials, which is to evaluate the insight rating of the episodes and short articles. Study 3, 4, and 5 use the experimental method to explore the effect of the insight episodes and short articles on emotion regulation of anger, fear, and sadness, and the mediating effect of the insight level. Study 6 is to explore the emotional regulation effects of insight episodes and short articles on situations that trigger high and low emotional levels. Study 2 In the second year, the purpose of research focus on developing emotion regulation curriculum and exploring its emotion regulation effect on university students' emotional disturbance in their daily life. In the second year of research, Study 1, 2, 3, and 4, explore the emotion regulation effect of the insight episodes and short articles on university students' disturbance of interpersonal, career, love life, and, academic performance, respectively. In Study 5, insight emotion regulation curriculum is developed based on the above research, and the effectiveness of the curriculum is examined. This research will make a substantial contribution to the academic field of emotional regulation and to educational practice of emotional regulation. |
