    摘要: 在競爭激烈的運動競技環境,年輕運動員體驗到各種訓練與生活上的壓力,進而產 生倦怠和心理健康問題 (Lu,Hsu,Chan,Cheen, & Kao, 2012)。面對生活和競賽上的壓力, 透過以臨床心理學驗證的 Mindfulness 減壓訓練幫助運動員減壓,提升表現和促進心理 康寧乃為本研究之目的。本研究計畫擬以二年時間探討 Kabat.Zimn (1982)及其研究同僚 在 Massachusetts 大學醫學中心所創立的 Mindfulness-Base Stress Reduction(MBSR),以及 Gardner 和 Moore(2001)所,提出的 Mindfulness-Acceptance-commitment (MAC) 途徑, 檢驗對運動員訓練與生活壓力的減壓效果、運動表現的提升,以及心理康寧的益處。第 一年的研究在檢驗 MBSR 訓練對運動員訓練與生活壓力減壓效果,運動員倦怠的消除和 心理康寧的提升。第二年則進行 MAC 途徑對運動員表現和心理技能的影響。本研究計 畫擬透過預備性研究和準實驗研究 (quasi-experiment) 瞭解 MBSR 應用到運動情境對運 動員生活與訓練壓力的減壓和提升心理康寧效果,其次,探究 MAC 課程介入對運動員 表現和心理技能影響。
    In the vigorous competitive settings, youth athletes face diverse stress from either athletic or general life domain which lead them experiencing burnout and stress-related illness (Lu,Hsu,Chan,Cheen, & Kao, 2012). To help youth athletes coping these problems, the purposes of this project are to reduce youth athletes’ life stress, performance, and psychological well-being through the intervention of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program. This project plans adopting Kabat Zimn and colleagues’ (1982) MBSR program initiated in the medical center of the University of Massachusetts and Mindfulness -Acceptance-commitment (MAC) program initiated by Gardner and Moore(2001) to examine their effects on youth athletes’ life stress, performance, and psychological well-being. The first year plan is to examine the effects of MBSR on youth athletes’ life stress and psychological well-being. The purpose of the second year is to examine the effects of MAC on youth athletes’ performance and psychological skills. This project plans uses preliminary studies and quasi experiments to understand the effects of MBSR on athletic settings in terms of stress reduction and psychological well-being enhancement. Also, this project explores the effects of MAC intervention on athletes’ performance and psychological skills.
