本研究結合動機理論及資源管理理論作為理論視角,嘗試去彌補過去大量企業社會責任探討動機-績效之研究上,鮮少被回答之問題-CSR執行脈絡為何,換言之,本研究目的主要探討企業該如何透過資源管理之方式來創造出公司價值。
本研究個案以聯新尼泊爾期望醫療中心為例,並依據發展進程分為兩個階段,包括是合作探索期以及落地生根時期。讓本研究能夠擁有豐富且動態性的探索不同時間點組織資源運作上之差異,再進行歸納。深入訪談訪問13位在醫療中心分別擔任決策者、執行者、偕同者以及義診團參與者角色人員後,本研究歸納出一個以資源管理為基礎的CSR執行發展流程架構。分別為盤點、鍵結與拓展,這樣的研究結果,可提供經營者執行CSR的參考依據。
This thesis combines Theory of Motivation and Theory of Resources Management as a theoretical perspective, trying to analysis and enhance those rarely been respond’s questions of corporate social responsibility - performance. On the other hand, the main purpose of this study is found out how to create value of corporate performance by the resource management process.
This thesis uses Landseed Health Care Chitwan in Nepal as a case study, according two developing stages that is initial cooperative exploration as well as into stage of rooting. In this case, exploring cooperative organization operate in different time points as well as utilize organizational resources to have enrich and dynamic result in this study. The study result is based on resource management and concluded a process of CSR execute developing architecture after interviewed 13 of decision makers, executors, volunteer and volunteer medical staffs, it included, inventory, bundling and expanding. To be specific, this study result can be adopted by operator while execute CSR.
