    Abstract: 本研究的目的在使用系統性文獻回顧的方式,探討運動員生活壓力對運動員負面心理的影響。本研究搜尋文獻的來源主要由Pubmed、EBSCO兩個資料庫以及網站Google Scholar,透過關鍵字Athlete、Life Stress、Anxiety、Injury和Burnout,搜尋2000年1月1日至2018年12月31日,出版語言為英文之研究文獻,所有的研究文獻受試者必須為運動員,結果須有明確的敘述或數據說明生活壓力與負面心理因素的關係。此外,一般性回顧文章也不納入此研究。經過篩選,最後確定共15篇納入研究。本研究結果發現,生活壓力與焦慮對運動員有顯著正相關影響;生活壓力與倦怠對運動員有顯著正相關影響;生活壓力與運動傷害在高中層級的運動員皆有顯著正相關,但大學以上層級並無相關。本研究結論指出,運動員會因為生活壓力造成各種負面心理,教練、家長和行政人員應該注意這方面的問題適當輔導,以維護運動員心理康寧。
    The purpose of this study is to use a systematic review to explore the impact of athletes' life stress on athletes' negative psychology. The source of the search literature was mainly published by Pubmed, EBSCO and Google Scholar. Search for English research literature from January 1, 2000, to December 31, 2018, through the keywords Athlete, Life Stress, Anxiety, Injury, and Burnout. All research literature subjects must be athletes, and the results must have a clear narrative or data to explain the relationship between life stress and negative psychological factors. Furthermore, General review articles are not included in this study. After screening, a total of 15 articles were finally included in the study. The results of this study found that life stress and anxiety have a significant impact on athletes; life stress and burnout have a significant impact on athletes; life stress and sports injuries are significantly positively correlated with athletes at the high school level, but there is no correlation at the university level or above. The conclusion of this study points out that athletes will have various negative psychology due to life pressure. Coaches, parents and administrative staff should pay attention to proper counseling in this aspect to maintain athletes' psychological well-being.
