    摘要: 台灣「綠建築標章制度」於1999年由政府建立,以「生態、節能、減廢、健康」(EEWH)為主軸,為提升推動台灣綠建築設計成效,內政部營建署經多次規劃、檢討及測試完成「綠建築電子化評估系統」(GBM)。若使綠建築電子化評估系統(GBM)與BIM做連結,便能更加提升台灣綠建築設計成效。故本研究課題如下:一、GBM查表評估,包含EEWH規範項目與構建解析;二、IFC資料萃取,將object data進報表資料,及辨識組合構件資料輸出;三、將GBM與IFC做連結。
    本研究理論包括BIM、IFC 、EEWH。BIM建築資訊建模是建築資訊「建模」與資訊「管理」的整合性工具,可提供建築生命週期各階段之管理,其中也包含了性能評估、構建組合、構建解析。IFC是一種開放性資料格式,作為資訊的交換以及共享使用於整個營建管理上,IFC在描述資訊採用Express語言,使用物件導向技術,為開放性的資料。EEWH為台灣綠建築評估系統,其分別由基本型、社區類、廠房類、舊建築改善類、住宿類等五類所構成,為單一五等級的分級標示制度。
    本研究步驟首先針對EEWH日常節能指標與綠建築電子化評估系統(GBM)進行歸納整理,作為自動化連結評估之項目,並對BIM構件組合、構件解析、資料報表進行分析,以了解BIM模型操作之原理,然後對IFC資訊交換標準進行架構分析,探討IFC資料組織架構,連結與萃取之方式。再來將綠建築電子化評估系統(GBM)與IFC(Industry Foundation Classes)做連結,評估EEWH項目自動化連結可行性,歸納出綠建築電子化評估系統(GBM)中,有關直接抓取、程序處理、人工辨識值入等,探討其不同的自動化解決方式。
    本研究成果如下:建構了綠建築電子化評估系統(GBM)的BIM數位建築模型,同時也建構了綠建築電子化評估系統(GBM)的BIM的建模準則,並歸納評估了綠建築電子化評估系統(GBM)與BIM 資料連結的整體架構。建置了IALGBM系統,以C++撰寫IFC資料擷取程式,以VBA撰寫資料整合萃取與連結程式,展示了初步的IFC連結外殼節能的BIM自動化。研究結果顯示,IALGBM不僅可連結IFC資料進行外殼節能評估,還能作為綠建築設計評估決策工作,提供綠能設計修正參考。在評估效率方面,手動輸入GBM評估資料表需耗時24小時,IALGBM僅需耗時35分鐘。希望能提供EEWH參照,幫助台灣綠建築提高綠建築使用性及綠建築設計成效。
    Taiwan Green Building System was established in 1999 by the Government. The main axis was ecological, energy saving, waste reduction and health. To enhance the ef-fectiveness of promoting green building design in Taiwan. The Green Building Measure System (GBM) was completed by the the Ministry of the Interior, Taiwan. If the Green Building Measure System (GBM) and BIM can be linking, it will be able to enhance Taiwan's green building design more effective. Therefore, following is the research sub-ject: 1. assessment table of GBM, including EEWH specification project and build analy-sis; 2. IFC data extraction. The object data link into the report data, and outputting the identification composite object data; linking GBM and IFC.
    The theory of this study includes EEWH, BIM, IFC. EEWH was Taiwan Green Building Evaluation System. It consists of five categories that includes Basic type, Com-munity, Factory, Old Building Improvement, Accommodation. BIM is an integrated tool for building information "modeling" and "management". It can provide all phases of the construction life cycle management, which includes performance evaluation, build a port-folio, build analysis. IFC is an open data format. As the exchange and sharing of infor-mation used in construction management. IFC is an open information data. It uses Ex-press language in the description of information.
    The research step: First, According to EEWH daily energy saving index and green building Measure system (GBM) carried out induction and sorting out, as an automated link assessment project. And analysised component composition, component analysis and data report to understand the principles of BIM model operation. Second, analysis IFC information exchange standards to explore the IFC data organization structure, Linking and Extraction. Third, linking the Green Building Measure System (GBM) with IFC (In-dustry Foundation Classes) to evaluated the feasibility of the EEWH project automation linking. Induction the Green Building Measure System (GBM) for direct linkinging, pro-gram handling and manual identification to explore different automated solutions.
    The results of this study are building the Green Building Measuret System (GBM) of BIM modeling guidelines, And completed a BIM digital building model. Conversion IFC and explored the projects that can be automated. The automated link program was builded, and evaluated the proficiency of the link between the Green Building Measuren System (GBM) and the IFC data. The IALGBM system was built, and the IFC data ac-quisition program was executed in C++. The data integration extraction and linking pro-gram was executed by VBA, and the preliminary IFM link housing energy saving BIM automation was demonstrated. The results of the study showed that the IALGBM can not only link IFC data for shell energy assessment, but also serve as green building design assessment decision-making work, providing green energy design correction reference. In terms of efficiency, it takes 24 hours to manually enter the GBM evaluation data sheet, and IALGBM takes only 35 minutes. This paper hope to provide EEWH reference to im-prove Green Building Usability and Green Building Design.
