    題名: 以心理位移空椅法進行個人特質探索及其對自我影響之研究
    The Study of Psychological Displacement Paradigm with the Empty Chair Technique for Exploring Personal Traits and Its Effects on the Self

    摘要: 本研究主要探究中度自我評價者運用心理位移空椅法進行個人特質探索的經驗及其自我的影響,資料分析來源為研究參與者在參與五次以心理位移空椅法進行個人特質探索之活動後的訪談逐字稿,共計14小時40分。本研究使用紮根理論之資料分析方法進行分析,研究結果如下:
    一、 以心理位移空椅法進行個人特質探索之經驗
      本研究發現中度自我評價者以心理位移空椅法進行個人特質探索的經驗包含「不同位格帶來不同角度及感受」、「在不同位格中不斷進行覺察」、「位格轉換能拉開距離看自己」、「位格轉換能進行自我對話」、「能深入、真實的看見自己」、「自己能同理與療癒自己」、「能自我整理與整合」、「在位格轉換中體會換位思考」、「位格轉換需要時間醞釀及練習」、「探索時會將特質具象化」等十項。
    二、 以心理位移空椅法進行個人特質探索對自我認識與評價之影響
      本研究發現以心理位移空椅法進行個人特質探索對於自我認識與評價有七個層面的影響,包含「擴充對自我的認識」、「自我概念更確定及清晰」、「增加對自我的接納」、「增加對自我的肯定」、「減少負面自我評價」、「經由重新定義特質而對自己有不同的看法」、以及「自我評價受到外在影響的程度減少」。
    三、 以心理位移空椅法進行個人特質探索對自我其他層面之影響
      本研究發現以心理位移空椅法進行個人特質探索對於自我其他層面產生的影響,包含「探索之特質產生變化」、「促進思考」、「心態產生變化」、「情緒的抒發、變化與接納」、「增加正向能量」、「出現新的行動」、「增加表達與溝通能力」、「人際互動的轉變」、「對輔導工作產生影響」、「改善失眠問題」等十種影響。
    文末並針對研究結果進行討論與建議。
    This study explores the experience of employing the psychological displacement paradigm with the empty chair technique to consider personal traits of moderate self-evaluation and the effects of the paradigm on the self. Data were collected in individual interviews conducted with five participants after the use of the paradigm five times, for a total of 14 hours and 40 minutes. The data taken from the interviews were subsequently analyzed through the analytical methods of grounded theory, and the results are as follows:

    I. Experience of using the psychological displacement paradigm with the empty chair technique for exploring personal traits
    This study found that the use of the psychological displacement paradigm with the empty chair technique for exploring personal traits for a moderately self-evaluative person features 10 aspects: different pronouns serving different perspectives and feelings;, continuous self-awareness in different pronouns;, shifts in psychological distance to assess oneself through changing pronouns;, conducting an inner dialog within the self by using different pronouns;, paying attention to oneself deeply and truly;, acquiring self-empathy and self-healing;, supporting self-organization and self-integration;, experiencing transpose thinking through changing pronouns;, practicing altering pronouns;, and creating a visualization of personal traits through exploration.

    II. Effects on self-awareness and self-evaluation through the use of psychological displacement paradigms with the empty chair technique for exploring personal traits
    This study found that the effects on self-awareness of using the psychological displacement paradigm with the empty chair technique for exploring personal traits in a moderately self-evaluative person features 7 aspects: expansion of self-awareness;, the self-concept becoming more certain and clear;, increasing self-acceptance;, increasing self-affirmation, reducing negative self-evaluation;, changing the perspective on the self by transforming the meaning of personal traits;, and reducing external influences on self-evaluation.
    III. Effects on the other parts of the self through the use of the psychological displacement paradigm with the empty chair technique for exploring personal traits
    This study found that the effects on the other parts of the self of using a psychological displacement paradigm with the empty chair technique for exploring personal traits features 10 aspects: the exploration trait producing changes;, promotion of thinking;, changing one’s mind and attitudes;, venting , transformation and acceptance of emotions;, increasing positive mental energy;, generation of new action;, increasing expression and communication skills;, transformations in interpersonal interactions;, influences on counseling;, and improvements to insomnia.

    Finally, the research results are discussed and recommendations based on the results are provided.
