    題名: 藝術治療對情緒障礙兒童介入歷程之個案研究
    A Case Study about Art Therapy for a Child with Emotionally Disturbed

    摘要: 本研究主要目的在探討疑似情緒障礙兒童在接受藝術治療之後其情緒及行為的轉變情形。本研究以個案研究法為主,主張「藝術創作即治療」的理念,針對一名小學三年級女童進行藝術治療,每周一次,每次50分鐘,共計12次,治療過程皆以自由繪畫的方式進行,並於個案完成作品後與兒童針對繪畫內容與情緒的連結進行討論,本研究於每次治療後進行反思,並整理會談歷程紀錄、研究者省思及作品影像成為研究結果。本研究過程中全程以錄影方式紀錄及蒐集資料,透過資料觀察個案於研究過程中改變或影響之情形。
      根據研究結果,本研究得到以下結論:
    1.藝術治療有助兒童在情緒表達及情緒宣洩能力之發展
    2.藝術治療的歷程能幫助兒童自我概念正向轉變
    3.藝術治療能協助兒童覺察挫折忍受度的變動,但本研究未能穩定協助提升。
    4.藝術治療能提升兒童之控制感以及嘗試新事物的動機。
      最後,本研究根據研究結果,提出結論與建議,作為後續研究及對國小輔導工作之參考。
    The main purpose of this study was to investigate the changes in mood and behavior of children with suspected mood disorders after receiving art therapy. This study is based on the case study method and advocates the concept of "art as therapy".
    Art treatment for a third-grade primary school girl, once a week, 50 minutes each time, a total of 12 times, the treatment process is carried out in a free-painting manner, and after the completion of the case, the child's connection to the painting content and emotions. Discussion, this study reflects after each treatment, and organizes the history of the interview, the researcher's thoughts and the image of the work become the research results. During the course of the study, the whole process was recorded and collected by video recording, and the data was observed to change or influence the case during the research.
    According to the research results, the study has the following conclusions:
    1.Art therapy helps children develop their emotional expression and emotional venting ability.
    2.The history of art therapy can help children change their self-concepts positively.
    3.Art therapy can help children detect changes in frustration tolerance, but this study has not been able to help improve.
    4.Art therapy can enhance a child's sense of control and motivation to try new things.
    In the end ,the research gives suggestions to further study and practical workers.
