腦性麻痺的幼兒在參與運動的活動時,其困難度是較高的,而粗大動作與精細動作在日常生活中是非常重要的。因此本研究在探討地板滾球課程介入對早期療育幼兒粗大動作和精細動作之影響,本研究以台北市某發展中心幼兒三名為研究受試者,研究方法採單一受試研究法A-B-A撤回設計,進行10週10次的地板滾球課程活動。研究工具為「地板滾球粗大、精細動作評量表」與「嬰幼兒早期療育課程綱要」,所得資料以目視分析法和C統計考驗同時佐以質性資料進行分析,研究資料顯示下列結果:
一、地板滾球課程介入對早期療育幼兒粗大動作有正向提升的效果,C統計的結果分析達到顯著水準,顯示地板滾球課程介入對粗大動作是有顯著提升和短期保留的成效。
二、地板滾球課程介入對早期療育幼兒精細動作有正向提升的效果,C統計結果分析達到顯著水準,顯示地板滾球課程介入對精細動作是有顯著提升和短期保留的成效。
三、在地板滾球課程活動表現紀錄表中顯示研究受試者間互動良好,且會主動詢問研究者下一次的課程內容,並會主動表示下次還要再來玩,對於課程有高度的期待感。
根據上述研究結果,本研究提出各項建議,以供早療機構課程規劃及未來研究之參考。
Children with cerebral palsy are more difficult to participate in sport activities, and gross motor skill and fine motor skill are very important in daily life. Therefore, this study explored the influence of Boccia course intervention on early child's gross motor skill and fine motor skill. This study used three children in a Taipei Development Center as the research subject, and the research method used single-subject A-B-A withdrawal experiment designs. Boccia course one activities a week. Research tools are "Boccia gross-motor-skill and fine-motor-skill assessment scales" and "Infant Early Childhood Care Curriculum Outline". Data obtained are analyzed by visual analysis C statistical test and qualitative data. Research data shows the following result:
一、Boccia course has a positive effect on the gross motor skill of early treatment of young children. Also, the analysis of the results of C statistics reached a remarkable level, indicating that the Boccia course intervention has significant progress and retention results for gross motor skill.
二、Boccia course has a positive effect on early intervention in children's fine motor skills, and C-statistical analysis reached a significant level, indicating that Boccia course intervention has significant progress and retention in fine motor.
三、Boccia course activity performance records show that the research participants have good interaction and will take the initiative to ask the researchers about the next course content, and will take the initiative to say that they will participate in the competition again next time, and have a high expectation for the course.
Based on the above findings, the study proposes recommendations for the curriculum planning and future research of early treatment institutions.
