    摘要: 在寒冷的氣候中最好的穿著衣服方式就是洋蔥式穿法,這種穿法可以快速地因應氣溫的變異和所在區域的天氣情況進行衣著上的調整,刷毛織物屬於洋蔥式穿法中的中間層保暖衣物,其主要作用為持續排出底層(貼膚層)所導出的水分與保暖。本研究以巨岩企業於秋冬季銷量最大的刷毛織物作為本研究的研究目標。
    由於本研究所選用之刷毛織物的布重與厚度成正比關係,當單面刷毛織物紗線成分中含有彈性紗時,織物單位面積較重,因此會提升刷毛織物的柔軟度達15.0 mm;起毛程度較輕時,毛細吸水現象差,所以吸水能力較低只有14.3 cm;吸濕回潮率較聚酯纖維高,因此水分不易發散,殘餘水分率為57%;彈性紗具有傳遞溫度的效果,故使得升溫效果較佳。
    當織物布重越重時織物單位面積內的織物厚度越厚,將阻擋氣體的流動,讓氣體在一定的時間與壓力下較不易通過織物,透氣性差;單位面積內的織圈密度較高,水分能更快的進行擴散,吸水能力較好;若雙面皆有進行起毛加工,導致當液態水分通過刷毛層進入織物結構後,水分較難轉移至織物表面進行散失,故乾燥速率只有49%,低於一般未起毛織物;而單位面積結構密度較高時,阻擋熱能向外流失的速度,使溫度爬升或持溫能力表現較佳。
    In cold weather, the key to dressing correctly is to dress in layers that can quickly adapt to the weather changes and adjust clothing to suit the climate you are visiting. The fleece fabric is the mid layer in layered clothing.
    This study aims at the fleece fabric which is hot selling from Huge-Rock Textiles Company in autumn and winter season.
    In this study, the fabric weight and fabric thickness of the selected fleece fabric are proportionate. When the yarn of single fleece fabric have the ingredient of spandex, the unit area of the fabric is heavier. Therefore, the softness(15.0mm) will be improved. With the Low performance level of striking out and the slow capillary phenomenon, the hygroscopicty will be weaker (14.4 cm). Because the moisture regain of spandex is higher than polyester filament, it tot easy to disperse the wet with the higher Remained Water Ratio (57%). Also, spandex possesses the effects of passing warmth, hence the effects of warming up is better.
    The heavier the fabric weight is, the thicker the fabric thickness of the unit area is. That would block the flowing air and let the air be difficult to pass through the fabric under the certain time and pressure. The air permeability is poor. When the fabric count of unit area is higher, the wet could spread faster. The hygroscopicity is better. If both sides have fleece finish that cause liquid water to pass through brush layer then enter fabric construction, the wet is difficult to transfer to the fabric surface to do evaporation. Therefore, the Remained Water Ratio is only 49% which is lower than the general knit. When the fabric count of unit area is higher, it could block the rate of loss of the heat energy. The capacity of temperature climb and holding temperature is better.
