摘要: | 傳統整復推拿手法的類型繁多,但基本都是根據單純手法,以不同的刺激方式、強度、時間來組成複合手法或是一連串的動作,並且對手法注重的要點上秉持持久、有力、均勻、柔和,因各流派具備之專業技法存有明顯落差,為齊一傳統整復推拿從業人員應備基本職能,以保障民眾接受傳統整復推拿之服務品質及健康安全權益。
本研究是依據「民俗調理業傳統整復推拿初級技術員」職能基準表、技術士技能檢定傳統整復推拿職類規範,及傳統整復推拿職類申請檢定資格做為職能依據,並遵循職能導向課程之教學設計模型,經由分析、設計、發展、實施到評估之過程規劃及辦理課程;皆符合iCAP 職能導向品質認證課程10 項指標、31 項要求條件,以確保訓練品質,且朝證照化發展,促進產業升級,提供民眾優質安全的民俗調理服務。在分析階段先盤點職能基準表及技術士技能檢定之差異性後,重新整理職能內涵;設計階段訂定課程訓練目標及課程大綱;發展階段設定授課師資、評量人員、教學資源…等;實施階段按規劃好之課程執行;評估階段針對各單元課程做學員成果評量,11 位學員均及格,有一位補考;平均滿意度4.91-5 分,最後開專家會議討論此門課程訓後對學員的成效,後續成果會追蹤技術士檢定學、術科考試及格人數。傳統整復推拿人員職能導向課程除了能結合技術士檢定外,也能幫預備從事推拿整復工作者做職前訓練,把刮痧拔罐、基本常用手法、全身調理手法都很扎實的教授給學員,協助課後能直接順利進入工作職場中,不需重新再做新進人員培訓。因目前技術士檢定尚未開始考試,無較具體的傳統整復推拿人員培訓架構,為因應推拿整復業未來發展,建議後續研究可依循本研究成果應用,參考此次規劃職能導向課程為主軸,從訓練成效評估角度,分析專業知識與技能,找出與傳統整復推拿職類技術士檢定共同點所在,建構傳統整復推拿人員培訓體系圖,擬定具體可行課程內涵與實施方法,供未來整復推拿業人才培育及在職訓練課程參酌依據。
There are many kinds of traditional rehabilitation techniques, but most of them basically based on simple techniques with different stimulation methods, intensity, and time to compose techniques or a series of movements. The points of the movements are emphasized on long lasting, powerful, uniform and soft. Due to the obvious gaps in the professional techniques possessed by the various types, therefore, the basic competency-based program training course of the staff in the tradition rehabilitation techniques should be prepared to ensure that the people accept the traditional rehabilitation techniques service’s quality and health and safety rights.
This study is based on the occupational competency standard of “Traditional Rehabilitation Techniques of Folk Remedies Industry Technician” and the competency standard of "Qualification for Applying for Certification of Skills Category- Traditional Physical Management". It also obtained the model of coursed design of Competency-Based Program with analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE model). And so on, it corresponds with the 10 performance indicators, 31 requirements to ensure the quality of training courses, license, industrial upgrading and safety Folk Remedies services providing. After analyzing the difference between the occupational competency standard and the certification of skills category, reorganize the competence, design the
training objectives and syllabus, developing the teaching lectures, evaluation staff and teaching resources. Evaluating the performance in every part of courses of the implement stage and expert meeting will be held to discuss the effectiveness of the course after the training finally. Eleven students passed the exam but one student failed. Average satisfaction 4.91-5 points. The results of the follow-up study will track Technician certification, Subject Examination number of passes. This course is not only certification of skills category but also the pre- employment training for traditional rehabilitation techniques. There are many skills of scraping and cupping, basic common techniques and whole body conditioning methods are teaching by the teachers and also help the students to work directly after the training courses. Because the certification of skills category technical examination has not started yet, there is no specific training program for traditional manipulative therapy practitioners’. In order to cope with the future development of this industry, we recommend to follow-up our research as the main idea of the competency-based program training course. From the training efficiency to evaluate, analyze the professional knowledge and skills, and try to find out the common points of the Certification of Skills Category- Traditional Physical Management, build the training road map of the traditional manipulative therapy practitioners’, and form the feasible curriculum and implementation methods for this industry in the future enables enterprise further the development of their on-job training. |
